Study On The Overall Utilization Mode Of Underground Space In Historic Conservation Areas

Throughout the history of urban development,the sharp expansion of urban scope has intensified the contradiction between the historic conversation arears located in the urban center and urban development.The historic conversation arears need to assume more modern urban functions,but due to the limited underground space resources,the use of underground space is imperative.Under the general trend of the overall utilization of urban underground space,the "post-implantation" of the underground space of historic conversation arears and the protection restrictions on the underground space require the integrated utilization of the underground space.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status,studies the relevant theories of underground space and defines the object and scope of this study.Then,the paper analyzes the overall utilization factors and connection factors of the above ground and underground in the historic conservation areas,and puts forward the overall utilization principles and characteristics of the underground space.Then the paper analyzes the constraints and restrictions on the overall utilization of underground space of historic conservation areas from two aspects: basic constraints and constraints and the protective constraints and constraints of historic conservation areas.According to the results of the analysis,the paper determines the historic conservation areas’ overall use factor set of underground space constraints limit,and select four dimensions from it,these four dimensions are function dimension,shape dimension,underground remains dimension and traffic dimension.And the paper combines the selected dimensions with historic conservation areas and analyze these four dimensions respectively.After that,by means of excellent cases and quantitative analysis at China and abroad,according to the difference between historic conservation areas and other areas,the multidimensional underground space utilization mode of historic conservation areas in function,form,traffic and underground space remains is obtained.Finally,this paper baes on the analyze of the overall utilization model of the historic consecration areas,and studies the historic conservation areas of Tianjin five avenue as an empirical case.This paper analyzes the characteristics of over ground space elements,the constraints of over ground utilization of underground space,the present situation and problems of underground space.According to the above ground and underground characteristics of the fifth avenue,an appropriate model is selected and put forward the overall utilization strategy of the traffic underground space from the development form,function,utilization of the stock underground space and traffic.Through this study,the author hopes to obtain the overall utilization mode of historic conservation areas based on the analysis of the particularity of historic conservation areas,in order to make some enlightenment for the overall utilization of underground space of historic conservation areas.
