Research On Key Indicators Of Green Building Effect Evaluation

Green development is particularly important in today’s world where resources are overexploited and climate is deteriorating.The construction industry,which consumes much more resources,has ushered in an important period of transformation from traditional extensive development to green development.The advantages of energy saving and emission reduction of green buildings are increasingly obvious,which is the future development trend.However,the existing evaluation system of green building in China focuses on methods and pays less attention to effects.Therefore,it is more and more necessary to study the effects of green building.My thesis was based on the theory of sustainable development,finally 26 green building effect evaluation indicators were identified by exhaustive literature review and interviews.After the investigation and interview,sort out the effect evaluation indicators and designed a questionnaire,then a broad questionnaire survey was distributed to who had the experience of green building,and 153 valid questionnaires were finally collected.SPSS19.0 was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the existing data.The results showed that there were 6 key indicators affecting the green building effect,which were "the degree of transformation of industrial policies and achievements","the management effect in the operation stage","the utilization of new energy","building energy saving and consumption reduction","the level of design" and "healthy and livable building environment".Among them,the design level has a significant impact on the management effect in the operation stage,and the utilization of new energy has a significant impact on the building energy saving and consumption reduction.The transformation degree of industrial policies and achievements,the management effect in the operation stage and the building energy saving and consumption reduction all affect the building environment health and livability.The results of my thesis provide a reference for the evaluation of green building effect,and help all participants to manage better,improve the disconnection between planning,design,construction and operation of green building,achieves the goal of green sustainable development.
