Research On Running-effect Evaluation Of Green Public Building

Green building with the characteristics of low-carbon,environmental protection,sustainable,is not only beneficial to solve the problems such as resource shortage,environment degradation,but also the sign of human society progress.So,countries around the world promote the green building actively.Although green buildings in China started late,developing quickly.From 2008 to the end of 2015,the number of green buildings earned evaluation identify as many as 4071 by the <Green Building Evaluation Standard >,accumulative construction area of 472.1724 million ?,make up about 1.5% of the whole of society construction,with huge potential growth.However,previous studies over-emphasized green building technical and economic analysis,the evaluation research on green buildings running effect is little.In recent years,green building has become the hot spot of the construction in our country,the running effect attach more and more attention all walks of life.It is worth noting that green public building occupies a considerable proportion in the green building,about 51.46%.Public buildings as a public activity space,have very strong energy saving potential and the public demonstration effect,will exert positive effects on promoting green building.At the same time,a lot of green public buildings used government budget to invest and operate,it is necessary to evaluate the using efficiency and the public satisfaction.Therefore,this article applies the theory and method of post-evaluation to measure the running effect of the green public building.Firstly,this thesis based on research and draw lessons from other scholars,through field visits learned about the operation situation of green public building in SuZhou,selecting 20 indicators of green public building running effect evaluation.Secondly,this paper used group-AHP method to determine index weight and establish green public building running effect evaluation system,then employ the method of FCE to determine the evaluation level and judge the running effect of green public building.Finally,take xxx center in SuZhou as example to verificate the the rationality and scientific of the index and the system.
