| Since the21st century, Chinese economy has been sharing dramatically development,under the guidance of reform and open-up policy. However, the developing path of China hasignored the negative impacts on environment, which leads to a series of environmentalproblems, like air pollution, water shortage and energy crisis. As we know, constructionindustry plays an important role in promoting the development of economy, while is also oneof the main factors resulting in environmental pollution. In2006, to follow the developingtrend of international construction industry and promote the green building’s implementationin China, the Ministry of Construction and the State Administration of Quality Supervisionand Inspection and Quarantine issued “evaluation standard for greening buildingâ€, the firstnational standard for green building evaluation in China, which is regarded as a symbol of thevigorous promotion of green building in our country. After the practice for7years, greenbuilding has been entering into a period of vigorous development. On the contrary,“evaluation standard for greening buildingâ€, established for the sake of encouraging theimplementation of green building in construction industry in the beginning, has been revealedplenty of unbalanced sides to the development situation of green building. Given those, thispaper will optimize the evaluation indexes system and model of “evaluation standard forgreening buildingâ€, which will make it play a better role in promoting the development ofgreen building.Throughout the process of this study, the revise experience of evaluation system forgreen building in foreign countries is recognized, the latest standards for construction industryand the are introduced, the current developing trend in green building is considered. First,based on the predecessor research results, this paper respectively compares the differentversions of LEED-NC and BREEAM Office, based on which concludes the results of thesecomparison. Second, with the best fusion to “evaluation standard for greening buildingâ€, thispaper takes office building as an example to classify indicates; quantize qualitative indexes,which aim to optimize the evaluation indexes system for the better applicability. Third,combination weighting method basing on game theory is applied to get comprehensiveweights with the combination of the subjective weighting method (Analytic Network Process)and objective weighting method (Simple Dependent Function of Extension Theory). Besides,Super Decision software is used to the calculation of ANP. Forth, according to the actualposition of optimal point in the interval, simple dependent function and elementary dependentfunction of extension theory is improved. Then the improved extensible synthetically evaluation method integrated with the original evaluation model of “evaluation standard forgreening building†is applied to evaluate the green building, which ensures the comprehensivequality of the evaluated building, and reflects the green level of every indicates. Finally, acase that has got two-star logo in design stage is assessed by the improved assessing model, toverify its applicability and feasibility. This research will benefit the development of greenbuilding in our country, provide a theoretical reference for the revise of “evaluation standardfor greening buildingâ€, and thus promote the comprehensive implementation of the strategy ofsustainable development with all its energy in China. |
