Exploring The User Preferences And Plant Landscape Space Evaluation Of Weijin Road Campus Of Tianjin University

Campus landscape space is the primary place for students and teachers to study,live and work socially.It is also an important card for visitors to experience the characteristics of the campus.Under the guidance of the public’s strong demand for higher education resources and policies,campus environment reconstruction and new campus construction projects emerge in endlessly.However,the standardized and stereotyped design will lead to the gradual convergence of campus landscape spatial characteristics.Therefore,it is urgent to create and design in line with the local characteristics of contemporary university campus and the needs of users.To establish the relationship between subjective and objective evaluation of plant landscape and space is a bridge to apply the research results to the practice of space planning and design.The university campus landscape space characteristic is clear,has provided the good condition for the plant landscape evaluation method expansion.This study takes the plant landscape space of Tianjin University Weijin Road campus as the object.Based on the overall investigation and evaluation,the relationship between the objective evaluation of plant landscape species diversity index,allocation mode and green visibility and the subjective evaluation of factors affecting the naturalness,openness and unity of plant landscape was established.The relationship between objective indicators of plant landscape and subjective evaluation results and influencing factors was analyzed comprehensively.The overall investigation and evaluation results of plant landscape space on campus show that the plant landscape diversity on campus in Tianjin University is unevenly distributed,the plant diversity index in activity space and cultural and educational building space is the highest,and the plant diversity in living space is low.The result of repeated map analysis shows that the diversity of plant species,distribution pattern and subjective evaluation are positively correlated.The evaluation results of functional zoning show that the spatial distribution of objective indicators of plant landscape is closely related to the functional requirements of the site,and the objective evaluation results of activity space are the highest,while the evaluation results of living space are the lowest.The statistical analysis of plant landscape characteristics and preferences shows that the diversity of plant allocation patterns is significantly positively correlated with the subjective evaluation of campus users,while the diversity index of plant species and green visibility index are not significantly correlated with the subjective evaluation.The influence weight of naturalness on the plant landscape preference evaluation of campus users is the highest,which indicates that the concern on the natural atmosphere of plant landscape is the common demand of users with different identities on campus.The background attribute of campus users has significant influence on the evaluation of plant landscape spatial preference.Based on the evaluation system of garden plant landscape,this paper discusses the result of user preference evaluation of campus plant landscape space.The research conclusion is of great significance to enrich the perspective and methods of plant landscape evaluation and provide support for the spatial planning and design optimization of contemporary campus plant landscape.
