In recent years,the state and local governments have issued a number of policies to promote the rapid development of general contracting.It is the development direction of large-scale construction enterprises to have the ability to design,purchase and construction integrated general contracting.In the transitional period,subject to the factors such as qualification,performance,risk-taking ability,design and construction ability,the general contractors of considerable scale tend to adopt the design and construction combination Body tender.For large-scale construction enterprises,in order to obtain higher profits,they must face to undertake EPC projects with the leading Party of the joint venture;under the constraints of internal and external conditions,such projects sometimes fail to effectively play the advantages of joint venture contracting.Under the EPC mode,what are the key elements for the construction company to lead the management of the joint venture? How to formulate the response measures for the key elements of the joint venture management,which is conducive to mobilizing the initiative,enthusiasm and cooperation of all parties of the joint venture,is the issue to be studied in this thesis.This thesis uses literature research and expert interview to identify the key elements of management,then uses projection decision-making method,case analysis method and cooperative game theory to analyze and study each key element,and finally puts forward feasible countermeasures for the key elements.Based on the above research,it is concluded that the key elements of the management of the leading consortium of the construction unit under the EPC mode are the selection of the consortium partners,the composition and operation of the organizational structure,the design management and the optimization of the income distribution.Through the analysis of key elements,four countermeasures are put forward: building strategic alliance relationship,optimizing the management organization structure of the joint venture,improving the design management ability of the construction company,and adjusting and optimizing the income distribution plan in time.The research results of this thesis can provide some reference for the construction enterprises to formulate countermeasures for the problems existing in the leading consortium management under the EPC mode.
