Study On The Spatial Form Of Central Commercial Blocks In The Main Qujing City From The Perspective Of Consumer Behavior

In modern society,urban construction and commercial development are inseparable from the stimulation of economic growth.With the improvement of people’s living standards,Consumer Society has gradually become an important development background of the times.Among them,the trend of diversification and individualization of consumer behaviors is becoming more and more obvious,and the spatial form of commercial blocks shows comprehensive development and multi-functional integration in allusion to the change of consumption concept.As commercial blocks play an increasingly important role in public life,to conclude and summarize the development pattern of commercial blocks’ spatial form,studying the reasons for its internal changes,which can not only meet the ever-changing consumer needs of consumers,but also have positive theoretical and practical significance for the reasonable planning of urban construction.Based on the change of consumer behavior,this thesis summarizes the characteristics of the spatial morphology of different commercial blocks.On the one hand,it sorts out the relevant element research summarizes the main guiding theories for the current spatial development of commercial blocks by combing the relevant factors.On the other hand,it summarizes the typical layout pattern of commercial blocks’ spatial form.And then combining with Qujing city center commercial blocks,carrying out the key commercial blocks for case study.Because Qujing city’s commercial space shoulders the task of rapid development,multi-functionality,and new vitality,it is an important urban living space under the background of the Consumer Society.It is used as a research carrier and combined with the consumer behavior for spatial form of Qujing city center commercial blocks’ influencing elements by field studies and big data to evaluate and study the regional spatial structure of commercial blocks,so as to grasp the spatial layout pattern of the current research area.Finally,to further explore the future consumption behavior patterns and the future development trend of commercial block space,and on this basis,discussing the development trend of the space form of the central commercial block in Qilin district,grasping the suitable direction for its development,and putting forward relevant suggestions on researching the development of commercial blocks’ spatial form.
