The Study On Cost Analysis And Control In Green Construction Of High-rise Building

The sustainable development of society and economy is the common aspiration of the people, The industry of construction consumes great amount of resource and energy, effects seriously on the environment. So it is very significant to implement sustainable development in the industry of construction. Green construction is an important way to realize the sustainable development of construction, but now carrying out green construction is high cost, the economic effect is not obvious and other features which restricted the green construction in building industry. In order to fill the study gaps of green construction, the objective of this paper is by means of analyzing the green construction process cost and green construction function, so as to establish the optimization model of the green construction process cost, in implementation of the green construction at the same time to reduce green construction process cost.The impact of urban resources and environment imposed by the high-rise building is analized through resarch of building and its construction features.The green neccessity of constuction is described based on the comparison between traditonal and green costruction.The problems existed in the implementation are proposed according to the overall framework and development situation in green construtionn of high-rise building.The main factors which influence the cost are summarized based on the analysis of cost composition in green construction.The emphasis on cost control in green construction of high-rise building is comprehensively determined by the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,which are based on ParetoPrinciple and value engineering separately.Many construction-site investigations have been done aiming at several major green construction measures which affect the cost.The cost control system in green construction of high-rise building has been set up in view of goal programming according to the cost data analysis.The corresponding model of cost analysis and control is established, and the results can be obtained by Lingo program.
