In recent years, the country spares no effort to support the development of the prefabricated concrete(PC) buildings in order to further promote the development strength of green buildings and energy-saving buildings. Many enterprises have been trying in the field of the main structure of the prefabricated concrete buildings, obtaining certain achievements. But, compared to US, Japan and Singapore, the development of our PC buildings are faced problems both in management and technology, and the cost control standard remains lower.This article is backgrounded by Hong Huiyuan PC building project, and sticks to the features of PC buildings, then analyzes the cost structure by which the PC buildings' cost control is divided into three stages including production, transporting and installation, then the major affecting elements will be studied, so as the technical measures and actions according to the features of each stage, giving developing directions to the PC buildings from an economic view, which helps the develops of the PC buildings. The specific contents are blow:(1)During the production stage, the major affecting elements in the component process are analyzed by describing the process of the PC buildings components. The mapping relationship between the affecting elements and the working hours will be established base d on the present data; the production cost control model will be founded based on the working hours of the component process, with the objective of the cost control of the PC buildings, with the limitations of the workers, ground and machinery resources. The control of the PC buildings' production cost will be achieved through the adjustment of the production beat, providing the basis to controlling the PC production cost.(2)During the transportation stage, the affecting elements of the cost in the process of the transportation of the PC components are analyzed, the ISM is used to divide the hierarchy relations of the affecting elements, distinguishing the direct and indirect affecting elements; we take the minimum left room of the vehicle as the objective function, the road loading limit, width limit, the height limit, the length limit as the constraint conditions, then we build the mathematics optimizing model by using the planning theory according to the most influential direct elements, in order to control the transportation cost of the PC buildings' components.(3)During the installment stage, the composing elements that affect the PC buildings' installment cost are found out by analyzing the installment process of the PC buildings; the key points of the cost control are found out and the cost control procedure is refining by the analysis of the components of the cost; then the relative suggestions are proposed to the problems of the cost control in the installment stage.
