Evaluation And Selection Of Logistics Outsourcing Suppliers For ZOYD Factory

Based on the great changes of production mode and efficiency brought by construction industrialization,it will become a trend in the future,and now it has internal and external conditions for rapid development.Combined with the development trend of construction industrialization in other developed countries,it can be concluded that the development of domestic construction industrialization is currently in its infancy,but it contains broad development prospects and has a large market space in future development.Among them,taking 2020 as an example,the domestic construction industry will achieve a total output value of 26 trillion yuan.If the construction industrialization rate is 10%,the construction industry market will reach a trillion yuan scale.With more and more enterprises entering the construction industry,facing the fierce market competition in the future,only outsourcing their related business to the third-party logistics,so that enterprises can maintain a certain advantage in the market competition.Therefore,enterprises are required to choose excellent third-party logistics suppliers to cooperate with each other,so as to enhance their comprehensive strength and expand their advantages.In such a context,this paper takes zoyd as the research object,according to the actual situation of zoyd,develops a set of more scientific logistics supplier selection system,which provides strong support for zoyd in selecting logistics suppliers in the future,makes the supplier management scheme of zoyd more reasonable and standardized,and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.In the analysis of this article,the author takes the lead in analyzing the meaning of logistics and its corresponding theory.Among them,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on the selection and evaluation of third-party logistics providers.Subsequently,it analyzes the development status of ZOYD and enterprise logistics,introduces its shortcomings from the aspects of outsourcing,operation mode,etc.,and points out the positive effect of the enterprise’s good logistics outsourcing supplier evaluation on the optimization of enterprise development.Based on the summary study of supplier selection methods,the main research calculation methods used in the analysis of the article are clarified,namely the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process.And define the relevant indicators and design the corresponding weights,combined with the actual development of ZOYD,establish a systematic supplier selection evaluation system adapted to it,which will help enterprises to determine the most cost-effective supplier in the procurement process.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can not only help zoyd optimize the management of logistics suppliers,but also provide some small help for similar enterprises in logistics supplier management.
