Society is developing in the direction of modernization and informatization with each passing day,and aerospace technology is also developing vigorously.The work of the aircraft requires the support of different electronic equipment,and the integrated circuit plays a pivotal role in it.Aerospace chips working in outer space need to have a certain degree of anti-radiation capability.Currently,the commonly used standard cell libraries based on common commercial processes have only basic logic functions and lack anti-radiation performance.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the design of anti-radiation standard cell library,and designs and verifies the circuit based on the antiradiation standard cell library.The aerospace chip works in the outer space environment full of radiation.This article introduces the space radiation environment.When the integrated circuit is irradiated by various particles,it will produce radiation effects such as Total Ionizing Dose and Single Event Effect.This article introduces these radiation effects.In order to make the chip have the ability to resist radiation,in the chip design process,it is necessary to add anti-radiation measures.The types of standard cells mainly include combination gate cells and flip-flop.This article refers to a large number of papers.In the anti-radiation measures,the method of strengthening the network is applied to the combinational logic,and the design method of large capacitance is adopted for the flip-flop.In addition,in the layout design,this paper adopts the ring grid and guard ring structure to prevent the total ionizing dose and the single-event latch-up effect,respectively.The design of the anti-radiation standard cell requires the use of a fully customized design method.This article introduces the flow of the full-custom circuit design mode and the semi-custom circuit design mode.At the same time,it introduces the timing library used for logic synthesis in the standard cell library and the physical library dedicated to physical design.The EDA tool can complete the design of the semi-custom circuit based on these two files.This article is based on a fully customized method,using Cadence’s IC617 kit,to complete a small set of anti-radiation standard cells that have begun to take shape.Then,based on Cadence’s SLC and Abstract software,this article characterizes the cells with their own merits and integrates the characterized files together.Only when the design software can identify the anti-radiation standard cell will the library be available,and the integrated software is the first to call the library.This article first studied the principle of logic synthesis,designed a 1101 sequence detector,and implemented the circuit with Design Compiler,obtained a gate-level netlist built using the library,and verified that the library designed in this paper can be used in synthesis software.After the logic synthesis,this paper uses the Formality software to implement the formal verification process,and then uses the Innovus software to complete the automatic placement and routing operation.It turns out that the commonly used mid-and back-end software can call the anti-radiation standard unit library designed in this paper.
