In recent years,the state strongly supports the TCM industry,with the rapid increase of notoginseng production in Yunnan Province,panax notoginseng industry is booming.Fresh Panax notoginseng is easy to deteriorate without timely processing,and the traditional way of processing,can not meet the rapid growth of capacity demand.In view of the shortcomings of the existing Panax notoginseng chip processing equipment,such as low cutting efficiency,poor pertinence and poor adaptability(for the processing process of producing area),this topic aims to realize the processing of Panax notoginseng and other producing areas,taking the tuber medicines such as Panax notoginseng as the research object,to design and develop special slicing equipment for tuber medicinal materials such as Panax notoginseng,and for the key structure to carry out cutting simulation,prototype cutting experiment,the whole machine modal experiment research.It provides technical support for the processing of Panax notoginseng producing area-section processing technology,at the same time,the successful development of the equipment provides a theoretical reference for the cutting of other tuber medicinal materials,the research has certain theoretical value and important engineering application value.The main research contents and achievements of this topic are summarized as follows:(1)Completed the design and development of the key structure of the notoginseng slicer and the trial production of the prototype.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of sectioning,serious loss of nutrients and uneven thickness of sections,the force analysis of fresh Panax notoginseng slice process was carried out by theoretical analysis method,carried out research on slicing equipment,determine the mechanical structure of the slicing equipment,the feeding mechanism,slicing mechanism,automatic thickness adjustment mechanism and other key structures are designed,completed the overall design of the new type of Panax notoginseng slicing machine and completed the trial production,debugging and cutting process verification of the key cutting part structure,the results show that the prototype design and the test cutting effect can meet the processing requirements of Panax notoginseng.(2)Develop the key structure of slicer-Simulation study on the cutting process of section structureTo ensure section quality,this topic uses the finite element method to simulate the cutting process of Panax notoginseng,the orthogonal design of the simulation calculation process is carried out.,an analysis model is established according to the simulation results,the influences of related factors on stress,cutting power consumption and maximum cutting force were explored.The results showed: When the edge Angle is about 20.3°,the cutting speed is about 7.48m/s,when the slide cutting Angle is about 24°,the cutting is the best.(3)Stability analysis of key structure of Panax notoginseng slicer was carried out.In view of the unbalanced load of the cutter head caused by the feed distribution in the slicing process,and the inertial force of rotating parts may cause instability of the whole machine,carry out modal experiment of key structure,experimental analysis of equipment dynamic performance and cutting performance verification.The results showed: The natural frequencies of the first six stages of the device range from 66.48 Hz to 234.91 Hz,the frequency band is not in common with the design operating frequency,so there’s no resonance,meet the design requirements.At the same time,by cutting different tuber media,verify the cutting function and stability of the equipment to achieve the desired effect.Through the research of this subject,to realize the research and verification of the key structure,key technology and trial production process of the section processing equipment of tuber Chinese medicinal materials such as Panax notoginseng,it provides equipment and technical support for the production of tuber Chinese medicinal materials such as Panax notoginseng,the research has certain theoretical significance and positive engineering application value.
