| Enterprise management is a very important part of the normal operation of an enterprise.Power supply companies are in the background of power market reform,and they will fall behind if they do not change.At present,the internal daily work management of power supply companies basically relies on word of mouth.That is,the work content and work requirements are notified through verbal,telephone,email and electronic bulletin,etc.There are great drawbacks in these ways.For example,the notification is not in place,not timely received,and easily forgotten.The use of computers to achieve efficient management of various target work tasks of enterprises by information technology has many advantages over manual management.For example,fast search speed,smooth and efficient communication between employees and leaders,larger network space,strict confidentiality,cost saving,etc.The purpose of building the target task management system of power supply companies is to intelligently manage the work of employees,realize the systematic management of corporate goals and target tasks,and transform the messy work management status quo into an orderly,efficient and solid management process.The paper designs and implements a J2 EE and MVC pattern-based target task management system for power supply companies to solve practical problems.It transforms the daily work management mode of power supply companies in the form of verbal and telephone calls into an efficient and orderly computerized automated management mode.The paper provides a detailed analysis of system requirements and designs system function modules such as task management,task sign-off,progress filling,evaluation filing,task change,task query,etc.It takes the main task as the main line,refines and decomposes sub-tasks,and automatically notifies to task execution departments,eliminating the tediousness of manual notification.It uses the four-layer architecture of the State Grid System Software Design Universal Unified Development Platform(SG-UAP),the B/S model is selected for the development mode,the web interface adopts mature interface presentation technology,the current popular Java language is used,and a mature database is used to carry out the design and implementation of the system.The paper describes in detail the overall structure,software architecture and database design of the system,demonstrates the effect of the system’s actual on-line operation,and conducts complete functional,public module,software performance and security tests on the system.From the results of each test,the system is safe and reliable,and can quickly complete the application of various module functions to meet user requirements.The result of user concurrent load pressure tolerance shows that the system has high stability and runs well.The system has been in trial operation for three months.According to the actual operation effect of the system and user feedback,the system proposed and designed and realized in the thesis demonstrates good and stable online actual operation effect,which effectively improves the daily target task management efficiency of the power supply company.During the trial run,from the statistical results,no work was missed in the whole company,and all the work was completed in a timely,efficient and full-coverage manner. |
