With the continuous improvement of power grid intelligent level,the importance of power grid dispatching business department in power enterprises is increasing.The power grid dispatching business system has the characteristics of large number of posts,strong professionalism and complex work content.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of power grid dispatching business,it is necessary to strengthen staff training to adapt to the demand of power grid dispatching business in the era of smart grid.In this thesis,the optimization of power grid dispatching business system staff training system of X power supply company is taken as the research case.Based on the theory of post competency model and the theory of employee training system,the optimization ideas,principles and methods of post competency model for power grid dispatching staff training system is expounded and analyzed.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research literature,combined with X power company power grid dispatching business system staff training status survey,as well as the author’s human resource management work practice,the research methods and ideas of this thesis is established.In the research,the current situation of the staff training in the power grid dispatching business system of X power supply company is analyzed,and the recognition of the staff for the training system is investigated.On this basis,the problems and deficiencies in the training demand,training organization,training system,training teachers,training courses and other systems are analyzed.Then,based on post competency and Kirkpatrick Model theory,according to the characteristics of power grid dispatching automation business,the optimization principle of staff training system is clarified,and the specific optimization ideas and methods are put forward from the aspects of training demand,training organization,training system,training teachers,training courses,and so on.Finally,the implementation of the staff training system safeguard measures is briefly described,including training methods,training objectives,training objects and training management level of various security measures.Based on the reliable survey results,this paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies with the support of relevant theories,and according to the post characteristics,technical requirements and job requirements of the power grid dispatching automation department,constructs and optimizes the training system for the staff of the power grid dispatching automation department,which can provide reference for the power grid dispatching talents of X power supply company and other domestic power companies,providing guidance and reference for the training of employees,and can improve the efficiency and quality of staff training.
