| At present,foreign tension control technology dominates the high-end manufacturing and processing market in China,while domestic tension control products are mostly used in the low-end market.The main reason is that there is a large gap between domestic tension control precision and manufacturing technology and foreign countries.In this paper,a high-precision tension servo control system based on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)is studied,which is based on the output tension control of the winding machine.The tension servo control system is theoretically analyzed,the control strategy is studied,the hardware and software design are realized,and the experimental platform is built to verify the servo control system,which provides a certain theoretical basis and technical support for the development of tension control technology in China.The main research content and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Research significance and analysis of research status at home and abroad.It mainly elaborates the background and research significance of the subject,and summarizes the current research status and development trend of tension control at home and abroad in detail.(2)Mathematical Modeling of Vector Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.In this paper,the mathematical models of PMSM under three kinds of coordinate systems are established,the current control methods of PMSM are analyzed,and the control methods are_di(28)0 determined.The working principle and implementation process of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)are analyzed in detail,and a tension servo vector control system structure is proposed.(3)Tension control mathematical modeling and tension control strategy research.In this paper,three methods of producing tension are described,and the causes of tension fluctuation are analyzed deeply.According to the principle of tension generation,the mathematical models of tension torque and linear velocity difference are established.At the same time,the corresponding control strategy for the mathematical model is proposed and studied.Finally,the tension fuzzy control strategy,the calculation method of roll diameter,the calculation method of taper tension and the realization of soft start in tension control are studied.(4)Framework design and realization of software and hardware for tension servo control system.This paper designs the overall structure of the tension servo control system,analyzes the design framework and specific functions of the hardware circuit,completes the design of the servo system motor controller and driver,and analyzes the software design idea and process in detail.(5)Experimental platform construction and experimental verification.According to PMSM vector control theory,tension control theory and software and hardware platform,a tension servo control test system based on PMSM is built,and the current loop,speed loop and tension loop in the tension servo control system have carried out PWM experiments,dead zone experiments,acceleration and deceleration experiments,fuzzy control and other related experiments.The feasibility of the tension servo control system is verified through the analysis of the experimental results and the field test.Finally,it is applied to the tension control of rewinding shaft motor of slitting machine,which shows that it can not only meet the constant tension output of rewinding shaft,but also has the characteristics of fast response,low overshoot and good stability of servo control system.Comprehensive theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the tension servo control system designed in this paper has good performance and application value,and can meet the expected design requirements. |
