| With the development of modern power electronics technology, advanced motor control theory and high-speed digital signal processor(DSP), AC motor servo technology can compare favorable with DC motor systems in terms of speed control performance. Therefore, AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is gradually replacing the DC motor with its advantage of high power factor, low inertia and no excitation loss in servo control field.Paper first described the background and significance of the AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor control system, established the mathematical model of AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. By analyzing the three control strategies and the control system requirements of these motors.Paper chooses the direct axis current zero control strategy and design a block diagram of the control system.Next, the simulation model of the servo control system is established in MATLAB/Simulink.And the seven-segment of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is described in detail.What’s more, waves and simulation results are carried out. Through the analysis of simulation results verifys that the servo system of ac permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is fairly good in dynamic and static performance.According to the requirements of AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor control system, the entire ac servo system, which adopts DSP2812 of TI as its control core. And the hardware circuit including the three-phase inverter, opto-isolated, current sensing, speed and position detection circuit. In the software, paper uses the modular programming ideas, and the use of DSP interrupt realize the function of each module. The signal acquisition, PI adjusting, SVPWM generation and so on are all used the programming method to achieve the digital in the DSP. Finally according to the experimental results which based on the platform of the ac servo control system, we can see the correctness and feasibility of the servo system. |
