Research And Design Of Product Development Platform Based On Customized Production Mode Of LD Company

The customized production mode is based on the fact that the customer demand-led market environment gradually matures,and the company produces a production model to meet the individual needs of the customer.Time,cost,and diversity are the three main features of a customized production model.How to quickly and accurately produce products that meet the individual needs of customers is an important condition for customized production,and the production of diversified products at lower production costs is the core step of the company.LD is a well-known cold chain manufacturing company in China.It mainly manufactures frozen/refrigerated display cabinets,Compressor set,shelves,and other products.With the continuous deepening of the customized production model,companies have more and more problems in the product development stage.This paper uses modular design,product family and product platform related theoretical knowledge of LD company product development management issues in-depth study,and proposed a platform for research and development.model to solve the problem of enterprise research and development.to be effectively resolved.First,the article gives a basic introduction to LD company business and comprehensive analysis of research and development departments from organization,management,and technology in the customized production mode,and summarizes the problems existing in current product research and development.Then,aiming at the problems existing in the current product research and development,the author proposes a platform-based research and development model based on module design,and conducts design research on three aspects: organizational structure,research and development process,and implementation of key technologies.The organizational structure,optimization of research and development processes,and the design and research of the three key technologies of the platform's research and development model.Finally,a preliminary evaluation of the research and development model of LD company product research and development platform was conducted in the form of a case,which effectively solved the problems existing in the current product research and development.
