Abstract/Summary:
In 2021,the No.1 central document put forward further requirements for the road of Rural Revitalization in China.For the planning industry,it is necessary to promote the integration of planning,adhere to ecological civilization and continuously improve the rural living environment on the basis of accurately grasping the scientific connotation of Rural Revitalization.Through the scientific and reasonable planning evaluation system,the evaluation of villages and towns is the premise to further realize the green and livable construction of villages and towns.As one of the important planning objects of villages and towns,ecological space is closely related to the improvement of human settlements and the sustainable development of social economy.However,there are still some imperfections in the construction of ecological space related indicators in the current rural planning evaluation,such as the lack of correlation between ecological space structure and system service function evaluation indicators,single index evaluation dimension and so on,which make the degree of coordinated development of ecological space and social economy can not be well reflected.In the process of data acquisition and evaluation of relevant indicators,there are also some problems in rural areas,such as difficult data acquisition,cumbersome traditional evaluation procedures and so on,which bring inconvenience to the green livable evaluation of villages and towns.In recent years,morphological spatial pattern analysis(MSPA)method has been widely used in the field of landscape ecology with the advantages of easy access to demand data,convenient analysis and evaluation process,and high compatibility with other methods.MSPA can accurately identify different elements of ecological space structure,and can be combined with the Ecosystem service value(ESV)in ecological space function,can make up for the lack of correlation between the evaluation indexes of ecological spatial structure and system service function,and provide the possibility for the construction of ecological spatial related indexes and the rapid analysis and processing of index data in village and town planning.The main content of this study is divided into the following parts(1)The evaluation index system of green livable village and town planning,including three subsystems of ecological space,social and economic development and public participation,is initially constructed,and the composition and internal relationship of each subsystem in the evaluation system of green livable village and town planning are defined.(2)Based on the research of green livable villages and towns,aiming at the problems of single evaluation dimension of ecological space index and the lack of correlation between ecological space structure and system service function evaluation index in the evaluation of village and town planning,this paper proposes to combine MSPA with ESV to build ecological space utilization related index,which can be used in the construction of green livable village and town planning evaluation system,To improve the ecological space related evaluation index in the current green livable town planning evaluation.(3)This paper systematically combines MSPA and ESV from the three aspects of theory,method and constituent elements to complete the basis of index construction,and on this basis to clarify the way of index construction and application of MSPA in the evaluation system of green livable village and town planning.(4)Taking Suining County as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation system of green livable town planning.In the process of constructing the evaluation system,according to the types of ecological space composition in Suining County,the spatial structure types in MSPA are combined with the ecosystem service functions to form the corresponding ecological space utilization indexes,and all the indexes are further screened through expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process,Finally,taking each town in Suining County as an example,the application effect of MSPA in the evaluation system of green livable town planning is verified.The results show that in the combination of MSPA and ESV,MSPA and ESV complement each other in the relevant core theories,and the ecological spatial structure and ecosystem service value interact and complement each other.In the relevant methods,both MSPA and ESV take the spatial area as the basic data,and they can be combined in the ecological spatial area and distribution,Different spatial patterns will affect the ecosystem services of specific ecological space types.In the evaluation of green livable town planning,the total scores of Gupi Town,Weiji town and Qing’an town in Suining County are 0.71,0.61 and 0.60.Although the total score of green livable town is not the highest in Suining County,the total score is the highest in the same level of villages and towns.Secondly,towns with higher scores of secondary indicators of ecological space protection tend to have lower scores of secondary indicators of ecological space utilization.Liji town and Shuanggou town got the highest total score of green livable,which were 0.79 and 0.77 respectively.Both of them made good use and protection of ecological space while developing social economy,indicating that social economic development can coordinate with the protection and utilization of ecological space.The empirical results show that the indicators constructed by MSPA can better reflect the coordinated development degree of socio-economic and ecological space of villages and towns,and can provide some guidance for the application of digital technology and the construction of related indicators in rural planning in the future.
