With the vigorous development of new energy vehicle industry,lithium battery production industry as a core industry is rising rapidly;Although CZ Company is the leading enterprise in this industry,the market competition is also increasing.With the competition between new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles,how to make a good combination of equipment is a key strategy for CZ Company to continuously improve its product competitiveness based on the market competition situation.Therefore,it has become an important task for the management of CZ Company to improve the equipment operation level,reduce the equipment use and maintenance expenses in the enterprise operation cost,and put forward the concept of energy saving by comparing different equipment schemes.Through the research on the whole life cycle of equipment,the reasonable selection of equipment plays a vital role in optimizing the operation capacity of production equipment and enhancing the advantages of enterprises in the market environment for such equipment intensive enterprises as CZ Company.Based on decision theory,cost management theory and equipment life cycle theory,this paper systematically reviews the literature related to equipment life cycle cost management and equipment optimization evaluation.This paper has carried on the comparative analysis to the existing equipment in the market,considering the future development of the current lithium industry and the subsequent technical progress trend,according to the internal process requirements of CZ company and the equipment demand of the new lithium battery production plant,the whole life cycle plant and equipment needed for lithium battery production.That is,the front section of the process,the middle section of the process and the back section of the process of the three main equipment in the coating machine,winding machine and the cabinet for the planning scheme design.In this paper,the key equipment of CZ lithium battery expansion project is optimized from three perspectives of equipment economy,reliability and scalability,such as: Coating equipment,winding equipment and the points for a feasible scheme is analyzed,the selection of the optimal solution,and the equipment optimization of comprehensive results are analyzed,and the coating machine will be purchasing more cost-effective pilot intelligent production double wide high speed extrusion coating machine,winding machine will purchase the forerunner and intelligent winding machine points should the tank for optimization of procurement and Hangzhou can science and technology products.To realize the production of high quality and efficient,low cost and competitive products to provide a guarantee.This paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the key equipment optimization scheme of CZ lithium battery expansion project,the implementation of standardized procedures,operating procedures and personnel training,and the establishment of the relevant management system.Based on the understanding of the whole life cycle of the equipment,the paper puts forward a new idea of strengthening the whole life cycle cost management in the selection of the equipment scheme for the new lithium battery production plant.The basic procedure and standard of equipment optimization scheme are defined.It not only has practical significance for the internal equipment control of CZ company,but also has a lot of reference value for the same industry or other similar equipment intensive enterprises.
