Energy is the lifeblood of national economy,Relating to the country'stability and security, development and progress of society, multiplication of future generations. The Construction Industry always keeping high-speed development. Building energy consumption has becoming a bottleneck that restricting the stable growth of national economy in our country,so Research on building energy efficiency has been an important area in worldwide energy conservation research. Green Building is the dominant trend of the future architecture based on the concept of sustainable development. Building energy efficiency of green building system mainly includes enclosure energy saving, equipment energy saving, and new energy' development and utilization.Lacking of the research about energy efficiency of exterior envelope in Green Building System,although envelope energy-saving evaluation and related technology had been studying by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, so it is a worth studying direction.The author described the climate characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of enclosure structure in hot summer and cold winter zone. Material selection and energy saving technical measures, then the main points of energy saving design about exterior wall, outside the window, roof. Finally suitable technologies were summarized.The author described design requirements and related policies about enclosure structure in ‘Design standards on public building energy saving(green buildings)'DBJ50-052-2013and‘Evaluation standard for green building' DBJ/T50-066,then teased out the usage of energy saving technology and the list of common structure about green public building projects' enclosure structure in Chongqing.The author selected a specific engineering project and calculated the model parameter values by PEBCA,energy saving rate to 52.59% meet the requirements of ‘Design standards on public building energy saving(green building) '. DBJ50-052-2013.Three levels of these components are chosen to design orthogonal test from the list of common enclosure structure.Then calculated energy consumption indicators and energy saving rate under different combination. Factors order that influences annual cooling electricity consumption per unit area, annual heating power consumption per unit area, annual total energy consumption per unit area have been concludeed by orthogonal experiment intuitive analytic method.Finally the best solution was concluded by comparing Plans with the optimal solution with full cycle life cost analysis method.
