Research On Development Strategy Of SZ Engineering Survey And Design Enterprise

With China’s economic development entering the new normal,the engineering survey and design industry is also experiencing great changes,and all enterprises in the industry are facing huge competition and unknown challenges.SZ survey and design company,established in Shenzhen in 1980,is one of the top 100 enterprises in the survey and design industry in China.However,in recent years,its management system and mechanism can not adapt to the new test,new competition and new environment perfictly.Problems such as brain drain and loss of competitive advantage have become increasingly prominent,In particular,shareholders and management of the company have different opinions on the direction of strategic development and the need for diversified development strategy.Based on the relevant theories and literatures of strategic management at home and abroad,this paper uses the tools of PEST analysis,five forces competition model,IFE / EFE matrix,SWOT strategic matching matrix and other analysis methods,such as comparative analysis,chart method,statistics method,interview method,to sort out the enterprise’s mission,strategic vision and development goals,On this basis,the development strategy,competitive strategy and functional strategy system of SZ survey and design company are formulated,and the relevant safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy are put forward.The research shows that SZ survey and design company should choose "based on Shenzhen and Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,facing the whole country,focusing on the city,consolidating the capital and cultivating the yuan,consolidating the internal strength,integrating all resources,taking building core competitive products as the core support,expanding the traditional main business market,optimizing and improving the management level,and strengthening the brand construction,To achieve the sustainable development of enterprises " development strategy and " cost leading " competitive strategy,and on this basis to improve the company’s functional strategy.This study can provide reference for the development of SZ survey and design company,and the thinking framework of this paper can also provide reference for peers.
