Research On Interest Coordination Mechanism Of Public Space Subject In Laitan Ancient Town From The Perspective Of Cooperative Game

With the acceleration of urbanization process,the space in villages and towns is gradually in decline due to the degradation of functions,the relocation of residents and other internal and external factors.With the vigorous development of rural revitalization,social capital gradually participates in the development and construction of villages and towns,and the main body of villages and towns presents diversified development.In recent years,the coordination mechanism of stakeholders has attracted the attention of scholars from all walks of life,among which there are abundant research results on the coordination mechanism of interests in the aspects of village tourism,historical and cultural towns(villages)and spatial governance of villages and towns.As one of the first batch of famous historical and cultural towns in China,the internal space of Laitan ancient town is an important historical and cultural heritage,and the main body involved in space protection is more complex.In the process of space protection and utilization of Laitan ancient town,due to the different interests of all parties,a non cooperative game situation of lack of coordination and mutual competition is formed,which leads to the problems of space decline,idle and occupation of Laitan ancient town I’m a student.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews,cooperative game analysis,statistical analysis and other qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to carry out the research work.In the general definition of the concept,space is divided into private space and public space.Because the participation of public space in Laitan ancient town is more diversified than that in private space,and the interest demands of space subject are more complex,this paper mainly selects the participants of public space in Laitan ancient town as the research object.In the first step,combined with Mitchell analysis,multi hammer subdivision method and domestic related literature,we score the closeness and influence of six types of individuals or groups of organizations and public space,and determine that the main body of Laitan ancient town space is government agencies,local residents and developers;in the second step,we analyze the interests and demands of the main body of Laitan ancient town space in the use and protection of public space The interest conflicts caused by differences are mainly divided into cultural interest conflicts,economic interest conflicts and spatial interest conflicts.The third step is to analyze the game behaviors and results of each spatial subject due to the interest conflicts,that is,the adverse effects on public space.Combined with the characteristics of non cooperative game,it is confirmed that each spatial subject in Laitan ancient town is carrying out non cooperative game at present,and this game mode is of great significance to Laitan The development of public space in ancient town is unfavorable,so we need to transform it into cooperative game to promote the protection and development of public space in ancient town.The fourth step is to explore the conditions of cooperative game,that is,there are mechanism constraints,which leads to the necessity of constructing the interest coordination mechanism of public space in Laitan ancient town,constructs the game network of spatial subjects in Laitan ancient town,and analyzes the strategic choices and Countermeasures of each spatial subject According to the value of profit and loss,this paper deduces from which level the interest coordination mechanism needs to be constructed under the cooperative game;the fifth step,combined with the results of the fourth step,constructs the interest coordination mechanism for the purpose of cooperative game,and summarizes it as "Laitan ancient town public space construction and protection management regulations",so as to regulate the behavior of each space subject;finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the design of Laitan ancient town The optimization scheme of town public space can improve the integrity of this study.In this paper,the academic innovation of the research on the subject of village and town space mainly has the following four points: first,it enriches the research level of the subject of village and town space;second,it puts forward the specific game model and the profit and loss of all parties when the subject of village and town space solves the space problems;third,it constructs the interest coordination mechanism for the purpose of cooperative game,and puts forward the "Laitan ancient town public space construction and protection" based on it The main innovation of this study is to improve the depth of the study on the mechanism of interest coordination;fourth,to put forward the solution of public space layout from the design level.This study puts forward solutions from two aspects of mechanism and design,which has practical guiding significance for the development of public space in villages and towns,and is conducive to promoting the protection and development of public space in Laitan ancient town.
