With the increasing depletion of fossil energy and environmental protection consciousness of people,countries began to focus the development of energy gathered in the new energy industry,wind power is one of the most widely used new energy concern.Although China as the largest wind in the world power installed capacity,but due to the randomness of wind power and intermittent,and because of China's onshore wind energy resources are mostly distributed in the north area,and the load center showing a “reverse distribution” phenomenon,so that China's wind power is far from large-scale delivery,abandoned wind phenomenon serious.Considering the actual power structure of north region,the wind-thermal power combined energy transmission mode is one of the main means to solve the above problems,and the establishment of fire power cooperation profit allocation mechanism is the key factor to maintain cooperation.The profit allocation strategy of single just from one perspective,this paper will use and comprehensive coordination mechanism will be a variety of benefit allocation scheme organically,establishing a more comprehensive and objective and reasonable interest distribution mechanism.Firstly,this paper carries on the analysis and comparison of the wind-thermal power combined energy transmission mode operation and benefit distribution mode of the domestic and foreign research status,based on wind power generation principle and characteristics,expounds the operation strategy of wind energy transmission system combined.Based on the optimization model of unit commitment,to build alliance profit maximization as the objective function,and with the establishment of joint energy constraints hot delivery model of technical parameters of thermal power units and power transmission lines,comparative analysis of parties independent delivery and joint delivery when the transmission channel alliance index and economic index.Secondly,introduces the principle of benefit distribution mode of cooperation and put forward the modified Shapley value and nucleolus method and the MDP method of interest distribution strategy,three kinds of distribution of income distribution strategy alliance interests from different angles,the parties will choose the profit allocation strategy of their own interests as their own interests allocation scheme.In order to make the end of the distribution to be persuasive,puts forward two comprehensive coordination strategy,including: coordination strategy based on asymmetric Nash comprehensive satisfaction and coordination strategy based on TOPSIS comprehensive benefits center.Comprehensive coordination strategy can combine the parties to the proposed allocation scheme,considering an ideal distribution and negative ideal allocation scheme,the parties get distribution coefficient can be defined as a compromise strategy.Finally,on the platform of Lingo software simulation,the global optimal method using mixed integer programming model to obtain the solution of a variety of alliance,comparative analysis results show that the wind farm and the large and small thermal power plants constitute a hot joint energy transmission system improves economic benefits at the same time the union parties brought great environmental value.The profit distribution scheme by the parties coordination strategy calculated result analysis,TOPSIS coordination strategy can objectively quantify the weighted centroid scheme based on the interests of all parties,finally obtains the objective and reasonable interest distribution mechanism In the short term.to establish the mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties participating in the cooperation make joint wind energy transmission development alliance stable,as from a long-term perspective,contributes to the optimization of Chinas power structure,promote new energy consumptive,bring greater social benefits.
