In the year of 2003,SARS attacked China and some districts of the world, and caused huge influence to the normal society life. In our country long time in the period before SARS, the ill healthy development of infection hospitals caused they couldn't satisfied the demands of SARS cure when the crisis broke out, and many medical stuff got infected. After SARS, consummating the public health system becomes the most important task of the public issues and the infection projects springs up in many places.According to this phenomena, this paper analyses the new situation of infections and the problems of infection hospitals. Then according to the important action of infection hospitals in public health system, studied the infection hospital design of post-SARS era that can answer various infections. Macroscopically from the working strategy, to the site's choosing, and then the principle of plan and architecture design, and then microcosmically to the detail design, the paper expatiated particularly. Emphasize the importance of safety, insisted on the principle of "clean-dirt partition, detach the sick and the stuff' and studied the various possibility of infection hospital. And discussed how to construct the emergency medical architecture when the cosmically infection breaks out.
