Smart Temperature Sensor is the result of combination of computer, microelectronics and sensor's technology.Besides traditional Temperature's function, the remarkable characteristic of Smart Temperature is spot data disposal, transmission, and communication with the upper computer.The Smart Temperature is usually composed of numeric sensor, network interface and data disposal unit.BACnet Smart Temperature Sensor is the best used device in the BACnet NetWork. It can be used on all kinds of building automation systems (BAS).Measuring temperature is its basic function. In the light of BACnet, BACnet Smart Temperature is composed of four modules: application course, configuration and management course, communication course and object instance collection. According to the model, five modules can be compartmentalized in detail for the design:Clock Dividing Module(CLK_DIFF),Data Gathering and Display Module(ADC0804_CTRL), Memorizer Module (TREG32) , Request Disposal and Response Producing Module(BACNETCODE_CTRL),Universal Asynchronism Receiver and Transferrer Module(UART).The developed BACnet Smart Temperature on FPGA in EDA can display the following function: (1) data sampling, dispalay and storage; (2) correctly receiving request and correctly disposing it; (3) supporting the secong transmission frame.In the paper, implement analyse, result emulational validation are made.Finally.The device is tested actually.
