Research On Service Design Strategy Of Rural Complex Based On Social Innovation

Due to the differences in human resources and other factors,the complexity of my country’s rural areas makes it difficult for the general rural revitalization strategy to be replicated and promoted locally.Social innovation guides the collaboration between various subjects in rural construction at the macro level,and integrates rural resources to promote the sustainable development of rural construction.Therefore,social innovation is widely used in rural construction.In this context,the pastoral complex that fits the characteristics of social innovation,as an innovative carrier that promotes agricultural supply-side reform,has become a growth point for rural revitalization.However,there are still some difficulties in the construction of the pastoral complex: the cost input is not proportional to the benefit;the management of the industrial chain is chaotic;the farmers are not motivated to participate in the main body;the introduction of talents is difficult;the development of a homogeneous model,etc.The research method of this study is: through literature research and case analysis,the application of service design in the main body,method and process of social innovation is sorted out,and based on the research status of social innovation in rural construction,it discusses social innovation and The interactive mechanism of service design in rural construction.Through literature research and actual investigation,it sorts out the patterns and predicaments of the pastoral complex in the actual construction process,as well as the internal and external causes of the predicament.And from the perspective of service design,in response to these problems,"user-centric analysis of local culture,design of tourist routes based on user journey maps,use of local culture to create distinctive cultural travel experiences,and local culture to drive industrial development" Service design strategy to construct a bottom-up rural complex planning model.By participating in the social innovation project "Mengli Water Village",the author collected and sorted out the local cultural resources in the project location by means of field research and user interviews.Through collaboration with villagers,tourists,social enterprises,and college teachers and students,a common vision of "Green Pastoral Complex" was proposed.Through the application of the service design strategy,the planning scheme of the rural complex project with the theme of educated youth culture was drawn.Therefore,this study puts forward methods and strategies for the application of service design in the pastoral complex under the combination of theory and practice,and expands the connotation and extension of the method.
