The real estate industry is facing a situation where the total volume is peaking and the market share concentration continues to increase.my country’s real estate enterprises need to improve the management level of the project and increase the project income to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.This thesis is based on the research theory of project schedule management,and separately elaborates and introduces the concept content and management methods of project schedule management.Based on the concept of schedule management,conduct a case study of the GD real estate TJ project,introduce the overall overview of the TJ project and the implementation of schedule management,and explain the existence of the TJ project in three aspects: activity definition,schedule planning,and schedule control Analysis of the problem.In view of the problems in the schedule management of the GD real estate TJ project,the activity decomposition platform method was used to improve the definition of activity nodes,and the number of activity nodes was streamlined to promote more focus management;in formulating the schedule plan,the standard construction period was preset and combined The critical path method improves the project schedule and adjusts the active nodes on the critical path to save the construction period;in terms of control progress,the implementation measurement method and the change control system method are used to improve it,and the corresponding supervision mechanism and periodic adjustment mechanism are proposed.Ensure that the schedule is practical and feasible.On the basis of the improvement plan for the GD Real Estate TJ project,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed from the three aspects of technology,economy and organization to ensure that the improvement and implementation of project schedule management can be realized.It is hoped that through the research and analysis of GD Real Estate’s TJ project schedule management,combined with a series of improvement plans,and summed up technical safeguard measures,economic safeguard measures and organizational safeguard measures,so that these research results can be used to improve the project schedule management of some developers.Come definitely help.
