| Under the trend of miniaturization and intelligentization of power stations,GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)stands out by virtue of its own advantages such as strong safety performance,small footprint and high reliability,and has become the first choice for hydropower station construction and optimization and upgrading.However,its fully enclosed shell makes it difficult to find the internal equipment failure and causes huge losses.Since the internal structure of the shell and the operating conditions of the equipment cannot be observed with the naked eye,it brings a certain amount of equipment maintenance and training.difficult.Therefore,traditional GIS pre-job training and university teaching focus on theoretical knowledge,which makes the cognitive process of equipment very abstract and poor learning results.Based on this situation and under the premise of ensuring safety,in order to achieve the goals of high efficiency,intuitiveness,strong immersion,and convenient operation,this research conducted a field investigation and demand analysis of a 500 k V pumped storage power station in Henan.Research on equipment simulation and visualization,taking GIS key equipment isolation switches as an example,design and develop a visual simulation system for GIS equipment in pumped storage power stations.This research combines the current actual situation of the power industry,introduces the development prospects and importance of GIS equipment,and elaborates the necessity and application value of visualization technology applications.This simulation system is based on the GIS isolating switch of a pumped storage power station in Henan Province,based on visualization technology,based on the equipment maintenance manual and the physical GIS equipment structure,using a combination of simple modeling and polygon modeling,and using 3ds Max software to reproduce 500 k V The internal structure and operating principle of the GIS isolating switch are optimized for the effect of the three-dimensional visualization model and the memory.The model format is converted to.fbx and imported into the Unity 3D software.The model is optimized by making animations,UI controls,script development,etc.,to increase system immersion,and develop system module functions,thereby realizing equipment learning,operation drills,fault simulation,and simulation Assessment and other functions.The visual simulation system of GIS isolation switch for pumped storage power station developed in this paper can be applied to the pre-job training of power station staff,equipment operation and maintenance personnel,and university teaching of electrical related majors.The visual simulation system provides users with an immersive learning platform,simple and convenient to operate,pure software operation guarantees the safety of personnel and equipment in the learning phase,greatly reducing training costs,and the evaluation function section improves equipment training and college teaching.Efficiency has practical application value and significance. |
