Research On Rural Construction Model In Northwest Hebei Province From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,rural construction is an important part.The study of rural construction mode will be beneficial to better carry out rural construction activities.Studying rural construction in the northwest region of Hebei will help to establish a theoretical system for rural construction in the region and facilitate better rural construction activities.The study of rural construction models in the northwest region of Hebei will add color to the theoretical system of rural construction.Through field research and collection of relevant data on rural construction in northwest Hebei,this study analyzes the case of Desheng New Village,which has achieved certain results in rural construction in northwest Hebei.Through the experience of retrieval and analysis of domestic and foreign rural construction literature,this study uses this as the original data of Grounded theory for three-level coding,finds out the relevant factors of rural construction mode in northwest Hebei,and constructs a theoretical model.In the first level of coding,a total of 88 categories were found,such as hollowing out villages and aging population;In the second-level coding,the 88 categories are compared and classified,forming 19 categories such as population and housing quality;In the three-level coding,based on the theoretical sensitivity of the researchers,the clues of the 19 genera were analyzed,and the preliminary theoretical model was constructed;The saturation of the theoretical model is tested by reserving data.After no new categories are added,the final theoretical model of four dimensions is formed: attribute dimension,construction dimension,relocation dimension and problem solving dimension.Based on the theoretical model of the factors related to the rural construction mode in the northwest of Hebei Province,the corresponding mode thinking and suggestions are given according to the good,medium and poor degree of rural resource endowment.It has reference significance for a series of rural construction activities such as rural relocation and reconstruction,joint construction of villages,centralized relocation and resettlement,improvement of living environment,toilet revolution,infrastructure construction,etc.Finally,through the game analysis of the government,enterprises and villagers,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation effect of the new model of rural construction in the northwest of Hebei Province from the four aspects of government,investment enterprises,village collectives and villagers.The relevant conclusions of this study hope to bring some enlightenment to the rural construction in the northwest of Hebei Province and play a modest role.Although the study is a regional study of northwest Hebei,it also has a reference function for regions with similar resources and humanities and adjacent geo-culture.
