Research On Optimization Of Traditional Village "three-life Space"

With the advancement of urbanization in China,great changes have taken place in traditional rural space.In order to actively plan and design future rural development goals,the report to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces should be comprehensively optimized.That is,"optimize the development pattern of national territory space,control the development intensity,adjust the spatial structure,promote the intensive and efficient production space,livable and moderate living space,ecological space beautiful landscape",In order to further promote rural development,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the great strategic plan of "rural revitalization" and mapped out a grand plan for future rural development.As far as traditional villages are concerned,they bear the historical and cultural deposits of national characteristics.However,traditional villages still continue the traditional way of using space resources and is not conducive to the overall and efficient development of villages in the future.The development of rural tourism has a great impact on the traditional "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces of traditional villages.In order to better promote the development of traditional villages and solve the problem of "development and protection",it is urgent to optimize the "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces of traditional villages.The optimization of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces of traditional villages not only protects the long historical and cultural traditions of traditional villages,but also promotes the sustainable development of villages,providing livable living environment for farmers,which has a strong practical reference significance for rural land use and protection,village territorial space planning and village revitalization and development.Based on the above background,this study selects the traditional village of Langde miao village as a case study.Based on the current literature research on the construction of the classification system of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces and the optimization of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces by various scholars,this study is a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,and adopts the methods of management science,sociology and ethnology.The land use information of Langde miao village was obtained through GIS technology,and the pattern of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces in Langde miao village was determined in combination with the relevant theories and classification methods of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces,so as to prepare the foundation for the optimization of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the development characteristics of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces are fully understood.Under the guidance of the theory of optimal allocation of land resources,the theory of industrial integration and the theory of landscape ecology,different optimization paths are designed and implemented according to the different development characteristics of production space,living space and ecological space.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:Under the principle of land dominant function classification,traditional villages are divided into "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces: the production space area is 1677568.64m~2,accounting for 18.62% of the total area of the village,including only cultivated land.The total area of living space is 797637.66m~2,accounting for 8.85% of the total area of the village.The internal land use types include residential land,public management and public service land,and transportation land.The total area of ecological space is 6536575.48m~2,accounting for 72.53% of the total area of the village.The internal land use types are woodland and water and water conservancy facilities land;The production space has a low value level.To realize the "value enhancement" of production space by constructing tourism agriculture development region,key agriculture development region and traditional agriculture development region;There is a functional conflict in living space.Optimize the implementation of internal and external living space respectively to realize the "functional integration" of living space;Facing the problems of environmental damage and insufficient utilization and development of ecological resources,ecological space optimization is realized by "landscape design",that is,river landscape corridor construction,landscape patch construction and landscape matrix construction.The optimization of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces of traditional villages should be based on the premise of village protection.In the optimization process,attention should be paid to the protection,utilization and inheritance of the unique original ecological resources of traditional villages.The optimization of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces is an important way for the sustainable development of traditional villages,but the research on the optimization of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces in traditional villages should be the result of multi-disciplinary optimization from multiple perspectives.Moreover,"Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces is an unified whole,so it will be an important research goal to optimize the design and coordinate the coordinated development of "Ecological-Living-Productive" Spaces in traditional villages from the perspective of system.
