As the construction industry is the production pattern is developed to the direction of industrialization,the construction industry and factory production,information technology and the combination of intelligent information management system is put forward more requirements.So in order to better solve this problem,this paper USES the building information model(BIM)to complete the construction planning of the whole production cycle,plus one advantage is that it belongs to a sex,it can the parties at different stages of work and information integration and contact,and these factors are unified management,can greatly improve the efficiency of management and quality,and combining with the prefabricated construction,BIM in information collecting and organizing advantages can get better use,involved in the construction industry to design,processing and implementation of the integration,etc.Also can get very good solve.Given the current design institute is still provided by the traditional two-dimensional construction drawings,cannot fully adapt to and exert prefabricated construction features and advantages,so in this paper,according to the characteristics of the assembly structure construction installation is analyzed,and combined with BIM technology,both between complement each other to form a set of modular structure BIM model design method.Based on BIM model at the same time,to carry on the design and construction of the comprehensive analysis and processing,so as to realize with BIM construction model instead of the traditional two-dimensional construction blueprint construction as the basis,to facilitate better production management.In this paper,according to the above scheme analysis,the main draw the following research results: based on the research of the whole assembly structure,put forward a design method of the fabricated structure construction model based on BIM is first set up the standard component library,and then call the standard components from the library structures,BIM model,the review,through the analysis of the overall optimization design to produce the final BIM construction model,and applied it into production.Construction model based on the above design method,in view of its key technology were studied,the main is to solve the problem of the establishment and management of the original structures,we first classify original structure component integration and generated based on BIM efficient management,and then complete the original component search,add,query,etc.The realization of the new features.Through the above steps we can quickly complete the design of the original component library,and then based on component library construction BIM model is established based on the actual production,and analyze,review and revise and perfect the resulting reasonable BIM model,through the collision detection of the ways to further improve the model performance.This paper takes Fangshan District engineering as the main research direction,such as engineering,construction model based on BIM fabricated structure design method,established the perfect original component inventory,then generate the corresponding construction of BIM model,then carries on the detection and analysis,the final optimization to generate reasonable BIM model,and developed a corresponding model application management platform,has been successfully used,promoted the assembly construction management and quality.
