| With the continuous progress of the power system reform,the intensive issuance of reform documents on the power distribution side,and the successive implementation of incremental power distribution pilots,the state’s reform plan of “control the middle,let go of the two ends” for the development of power grids is being achieved step by step.As the only service provider for end clients in the past,power grid companies are now facing multiple changes in business models,service models,and profit models.The choice of electricity clients is no longer limited to power grid companies.Emerging power sales companies and power distribution companies will all participate in the competition in the power distribution and sales market.Power grid companies need to start new thinking and researches on their future survival and development.This study took Turpan power grid companies as the research object under the background of power distribution side reform,the purpose is to help Turpan power grid companies to grasp the market share,fully excavate the added value of the resources and technologies they have mastered,to enhance the brand value of State Grid.This study applied the idea of “discovering problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems”.Firstly,this study analyzed the difference of operation mode between traditional power grid companies and emerging subjects in the power distribution and sales market,also analyzed the reform experience and operation mode of electricity distribution abroad through literature analyzing,history analyzing and comparison analyzing.Next,Porter’s Five Forces Model is used to study the degree of competition in the Turpane lectricity distribution market.Comprehensive five kinds of market main body competition ability to come to the conclusion that market competition is not intense.The case study method is used to analyze the competitiveness of the potential entrants represented by Hesheng Silicon Industry Company in detail.Then,based on the theory of strategic map,the competitiveness evaluation index system of electricity distribution market is constructed,horizontally evaluate the market competitiveness among the main body of electricity distribution in Turpan afterwards.Finally,used the STP strategy analysis tool to determine the product strategy and service strategy of Turpan power grid enterprises through survey research and information research.This paper innovatively took the brand image promotion as the competitive strategy of Turpan power grid companies,to further consolidate the market by enhancing the brand reputation and loyalty of power grid companies,to achieve the purpose of expanding market share. |
