The scale of modern power systems is increasing year by year and becoming increasingly complex.In order to ensure the stable operation of the power system,many scholars have done a lot of research on microcomputer protection devices.Nowadays,the design of microprocessor-based protection device not only meets its basic requirements,but also gradually improves the intelligent degree and reliability of microprocessor-based protection device.Therefore,it is very meaningful to design and implement a new self-powered intelligent microcomputer protection device.In this paper,a new self-powered intelligent microcomputer protection device based onμC/OSII operating system is designed and implemented according to the project requirements and the development trend of the intelligent microcomputer protection device and the integration of measurement protection and communication.The device first carries on the data sampling through the data acquisition module,and then processes the sampled data through filtering and the adaptive microcomputer protection algorithm.After analyzing and judging by the main controller,the corresponding protection action is performed,and the recorded data of the device is uploaded to the industrial computer and mobile terminal.The design of hardware and software of the device fully considers the requirement of low power consumption,which reduces the power consumption of the whole device to the greatest extent.Compared with the traditional microcomputer protection device,the device can be monitored remotely in the IPC and mobile terminals,and the data such as fault records can be stored and viewed,so as to analyze and diagnose the fault.At the same time,the power supply module which integrates three power supply modes is designed to make it work well in different working environments.The device has good expansibility and can be easily transplanted to other microcontrollers.The data after sampling and filtering are processed by adaptive microprocessor-based protection algorithm,which is helpful to select corresponding microprocessor-based protection algorithm in specific occasions,so as to remove faults better and faster.This paper first analyzes the working principle and functional requirements of the new self-powered intelligent microcomputer protection device in detail,and puts forward the overall design scheme of the new self-powered intelligent microcomputer protection device.Then,according to the application scenario of the device,a design scheme of adaptive microprocessor-based protection algorithm based on the improvement of traditional microprocessor-based protection algorithm is proposed,and the algorithm is analyzed in detail.Finally,the hardware and software scheme of the new self-powered intelligent microcomputer protection device is designed in detail and implemented.Considering the principle of strong and weak current separation,the strong and weak current module is designed into five parts: main board,auxiliary board,current loop taking board,human-computer interaction panel and AC-DC conversion board.The software adopts a layered and block-combined design method,which is designed as a driver layer,μC/OSII operating system layer and application layer,and then combined with various functional modules for block design,and elaborated the main program and each subprogram of the application layer.And the design ideas and specific functions of the host computer software.In this paper,a series of tests are carried out on each module and the whole of the device.The results show that the device has high precision and fast speed.After being put into use,the device runs normally.
