Research On The Design Of Medical Space In Stomatological Hospital Based On POE Theory

In the past two decades,the construction of hospital buildings has entered a stage of rapid development in order to improve the long-term medical shortage in China.However,the construction of a large number of hospitals has not alleviated the current situation of overcrowded hospitals.Then,the state has introduced the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and gradually realized the medical process from general department to specialized department.Oral hospitals began to develop rapidly,and their medical level and medical environment also gradually attracted social attention.Because there is no standard for the construction of stomatological hospitals in China at present,the construction of stomatological hospitals is designed by the design method of general hospitals,which ignores the difference between oral medical behavior and general hospitals as well as the attention of the actual needs and psychological feelings of users,causing many problems in the process of using stomatological hospitals.In this context,the evaluation method of post-use evaluation was used to study the design strategy of medical space in stomatological hospitals,in order to improve the current situation of stomatological hospitals.This thesis takes the oral outpatient hospital medical space as the research object,at the same time introducing after use evaluation(POE)as the main research method,a large number of materials research,domestic oral hospital instance investigation with the domestic and foreign related case analysis,inductive stomatological hospital medical space factors,the influence of satisfaction evaluation and analytic hierarchy model was constructed.Based on user perception and efficiency,the comprehensive evaluation of Peking University Stomatological Hospital,Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University and Huheng Stomatological Hospital was carried out.Firstly,the satisfaction of the users in the stomatological hospital was evaluated,and the evaluation results were obtained through mathematical calculation,and the results were tested and compared with multidimensional comparison.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight ratio of factors and clarify the design focus.Finally to the user’s behavior psychological need to carry out the questionnaire survey,understand the real needs of users of medical space use,the degree of satisfaction evaluation results,the hierarchy analysis results with the results of the questionnaire statistical analysis,integration of inductive draw stomatological hospital medical space in the architectural function layout,traffic flow organization,comfort aspects of security and space environment design key points and core problem,Based on this,a reasonable design strategy for the medical space of the stomatological hospital was put forward,and the theoretical design strategy was transformed into practice to optimize the design of the medical space of the stomatological hospital of Hohhot.Through the above research,this paper is a supplement to the research theory of medical space design in dental hospitals,and also an extension of post-use evaluation in the field of medical architecture.To improve the medical environment of stomatological hospital and improve the comprehensive efficiency of the hospital.It is hoped to provide basic data and design suggestions for the later design of stomatological hospitals and promote the development of medical space in stomatological hospitals to be more professional...
