With the rapid development of China’s social economy,e-commerce has risen rapidly.Therefore,the demand for express transportation,which is characterized by small batches,high added value and high timeliness,has increased sharply.At the same time,the scale and capacity of Chinese high-speed railway network are gradually increasing,which provides conditions for the development of high-speed railway freight.At present,China’s high-speed railway express business is in a period of market development.The existing passenger EMU piggyback mode and Confirmation train mode have small traffic volumes and many restrictions,which are difficult to meet the express transportation needs.In order to fully explore the potential of high-speed railway freight,this article studied the passenger EMU piggyback mode and the highspeed railway freight EMU combine the problems related to the following train operation methods.Firstly,this paper analyzed the basic conditions of high-speed railway freight operation.Analyze the external environment of high-speed rail operation;Analyze the high-speed rail express market,and analyzed the suitable goods category and product type for high-speed railway express;Analyzed the technical conditions of high-speed rail freight EMU vehicles,lines,working yards and stations,etc.,to provide data reference for the study of operation plan.Secondly,the paper analyzed and summarized the transportation organization mode of high-speed railway express train.The advantages and disadvantages and loading capacity of the seven organizational modes are analyzed,and the transportation organizational mode studied in this paper is summarized.Based on the analysis of the running time of high-speed railway express trains,the suitable express products and the suitable running time of express trains under the special train mode are obtained,which provides a reference for the optimization of the running plan.Thirdly,the calculation method of OD volume of high-speed railway between nodes is proposed.By system clustering method for high-speed railway freight node level,with a grey prediction model to forecast the node the amount of data,according to the forecast,the off-site express business volume of the freight node is obtained,the high-speed railway freight sharing volume obtained by Logit model and urban express attract amount calculated freight cargo node between high-speed express delivery business.Finally,the goal is to maximize the revenue of the railway enterprise,minimize the loss of time value of the cargo that the cargo owner needs to transport,minimize the number of train stops of the freight train,and maximize the satisfaction of the freight transportation demand.The number of trains is restricted,the full load rate of the train is restricted,and train stop constraints,the train operation plan model of the freight train was established,and then the improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem.The Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway was taken as an example.Case analysis,obtained the operation plan of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway inter-city high-speed railway freight EMU and passenger EMU piggyback trains.
