| In China’s EPC(engineer,procurement,construction)nuclear power project construction,equipment procurement is an important business sector.The equipment manufacturing cycle is long,and the procurement work is high-tech,which requires the close cooperation between the purchaser and the supplier.In the process of cooperation between the buyer and the supplier,the efficiency is not high because of the large amount of information,the business process approval process,and the information sharing is not timely.It is very urgent for all participants to improve work efficiency by means of information technology.In this paper,a nuclear power EPC project company procurement and supply collaborative information system design as the research object.As a project manager,the author of this paper,through combing the procurement and supply collaborative business process of nuclear power project under EPC mode and interviewing key personnel in the process,grasps the business pain points and information requirements of procurement and supply collaboration,determines the scope and objectives of project construction,and clarifies the system performance requirements.According to the requirements of enterprise confidentiality,two sets of mirror systems are built in the internal and external network of the system at the same time,and the information is regularly ferried through the gate.The home page of the external network system is designed as the information release window,the to-do workbench is designed to facilitate the efficient processing of multi process approval,and the report center is designed to display the business data analysis results in various forms.This research focuses on the design of business function and system process.Firstly,it completes the design of supplier master data management,contract format information and item information refinement,temporary addition of purchase order and design modification notice and other functions and system process design,which lays the foundation for other system function design.Then,according to the business process sequence,the design work of the system process such as equipment interface data exchange,supplier IED and its technical documents submission and review,buyer IED and technical documents distribution,equipment non conformance item opening and review,equipment delivery information data collection and other system processes are completed.It covers the similar business of purchase and supply association completely.At the same time,the research has carried out the practical work simultaneously.Through the analysis of a real case in the process of actual use after the system was put into operation,this paper specifically explained how the engineering company and the supplier completed the review of class III non conformance items of Tianwan 5 and 6units nuclear power project more efficiently through the procurement and supply collaborative information system with quantitative data and practical application scenarios.The actual case further verifies that the functions of the procurement and supply collaborative information system achieve the expected,and then the system design scheme of this study is verified.This research is the first attempt to improve the efficiency of equipment procurement,procurement and supply collaboration business by means of information technology in the domestic nuclear power industry.It is the exploration of the integration of informatization and informatization in the Internet era,and provides good practical experience for the construction of business system of nuclear power enterprises.. |
