The market competition theory believes that if an enterprise wants to achieve long-term development in market competition,it needs to build its own core competitiveness,and one of the decisive factors in building an enterprise’s core competitiveness is talents.As one of the external channels for enterprises to acquire talents,campus recruitment is increasingly favored by enterprises.On the one hand,campus recruitment provides a window for companies to display their image to the outside world,and on the other hand,it also provides a channel for companies to inject talents.The successful holding of campus recruitment can lay a reliable human resource guarantee for the successful development of the enterprise in the future.As a water conservancy and hydropower company,Z company,like most companies,also attaches great importance to campus recruitment activities.Due to the long-term cooperative relationship with Hunan Polytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Power,campus recruitment fairs are held every year in Hunan Polytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Power to carry out campus recruitment.However,in recent years,campus recruitment has encountered problems such as the inability to recruit suitable talents and the high turnover rate of talents.Company leadership,business departments and human resources departments urgently need to make an optimization to the existing campus recruitment system in order to change this status quo in order to achieve the healthy and long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,this article uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate and analyze the personnel participating in the recruitment of Z company’s Hunan Polytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Power,and discusses the problems in the recruitment of Z company on the campus of Hunan Polytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Power and the appearance of this phenomenon.This article uses the relevant theories of human resources and gives an optimization plan.In addition,in order to ensure the implementation of the campus recruitment optimization plan,a certain guarantee mechanism is required.Therefore,this article also designs the guarantee measures for the implementation of campus recruitment to optimize the campus recruitment of enterprises.The plan is implemented to help the development of the enterprise.
