Research On The Design Of Living Space Environment From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

As an important part of the city,living space has the characteristics of dense use of people,diverse spatial forms,wide coverage,and the ability to show urban history and culture.Therefore,living space is gradually transformed into the primary transformation area in urban renewal.With the improvement of residents’ living standards,the traditional living space environment can no longer meet the rich spiritual,material and cultural needs at this stage.How to improve the status quo of living space environment from the perspective of urban "micro-renewal" is a problem that needs to be considered in the future urban renewal and transformation.Based on the "micro-renewal" transformation method and related theories,this paper deeply analyzes the important significance of micro-renewal to the urban living space environment transformation.And following the bottom-up renewal principles of suitable space environment,historical and cultural inheritance,saving investment costs,etc.,from the perspective of "micro-renewal",it analyzes the need for the transformation of living space environment in the process of urban renewal.First,the author analyzes and summarizes the current research status and good practice cases at home and abroad,and proposes an update method for urban living space transformation to place residents’ needs at the core;secondly,the use of various research methods such as marking,measurement,recording,observation,and interviews Analyze the current situation of the living space environment in the reconstruction area,and summarize the relationship between the frequency of residential space use and the space environment;finally,combine the urban history and culture and the residential space use needs,respectively from space suitability,landscape appreciation,and facility comfort These three aspects propose targeted renewal strategies to transform a living space with urban cultural characteristics and high comfort.Through the study of the above-mentioned theories and renewal principles,combined with the current situation of the living space in the Pagoda District of Yan’an City and the red cultural elements,a more targeted case of living space environmental transformation is designed.Meet the growing spiritual,material and cultural needs of urban residents,improve the current environment of living spaces,promote residents’ willingness to participate in social activities,increase the vitality of living spaces,and enhance the charm of urban culture,thereby creating a good urban living space environment.It is hoped that through this article combing the related theories of micro-renewal,summarizing the renewal strategy and designing transformation cases,it can provide practical cases for the renewal and transformation of the same type of red cultural city living space in the future.
