Research On The Micro-renewal Design Strategy Of Old Residential District In Anshun Old City,Guizhou Province

In the process of rapid urbanization,Anshun City in Guizhou Province is accompanied by the urban renewal of the old city.After the renewal of some blocks in the old city,the remaining blocks are faced with contradictions and problems in the process of renewal,such as the damage of urban characteristic space and fabric,the unitary city style,the fading of urban memory,the disintegration of social network structure,and the damage of cultural context.At present,the current large-scale urban renewal practices are more concentrated in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and other first-and second-tier cities.These problems haven’t been dealt well in the process of old city renewal due to the pressure of rapid increase in economic development and population growth in the past three decades.As more and more people realize the disadvantages of the urban renewal mode of large-scale demolition and construction,the micro renewal mode with small-scale and gradual renewal as the main mode has attracted more and more people’s attention and research.As a small-medium-sized city,Anshun City,due to the constraints of its development process,social and economic conditions,the urbanization process is relatively slow and lagging behind,so many characteristics of the old city of Anshun can be preserved,which is valuable asset of Anshun City.Anshun old city has the advantage of late development of urban renewal,which can avoid falling into the dilemma of the previous big city renewal.The old residential district is the main part of Anshun old city,so how to renew it is the key to retain the characteristics of Anshun old city.Based on the crisis and opportunity faced by the renewal of the old city of Anshun,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current problems and the texture evolution and characteristics of the old residential blocks in Anshun through theoretical study and field research,and then constructs the micro renewal design strategy suitable for the old residential blocks in Anshun,in order to provide reference for the renewal of the old residential blocks in Anshun,and to retain a distinctive Anshun old city with vitality and livable environment.Chapter 1 is the introduction.This paper explains the research background,purpose and significance,defines the concepts of Anshun old city,old residential district and micro renewal,and puts forward the research methods and framework of the paper.Chapter 2 is the micro renewal theory of old residential district.This paper combs the theoretical origin and practice of micro renewal,studies the development status of theory and practice,and puts forward the goals of micro renewal of old residential district from the perspective of Architecture: extending the context of the district,stimulating the vitality of the district,improving the district environment,as well as the principles of integrity,gradualness,small-scale and multi-party participation,and summarizes the principles of its subject,object,participation mechanism,mode and characteristics On the basic content.Chapter 3 is the basic research on micro renewal of old residential district in Anshun.Combing the historical evolution,cultural characteristics,population characteristics,functional structure and other basic contents of Anshun old city,and analyzing the upper planning,it can be seen that the renewal of Anshun old city is an important link to implement the upper planning.Based on the development background of the old residential district in the old city of Anshun,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the old residential district in the old city of Anshun,expounds the relationship between the texture of the district and the vitality of the district,analyzes and summarizes the evolution and characteristics of the texture from the three levels of the district shape,the lane shape and the building type,and summarizes the factors that affect the vitality of the
