Study On Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Human Settlements In Traditional Villages:

Traditional villages are the unique heritage of the development of Chinese civilization,and protection is the foundation of traditional villages.However,from the perspective of development,users’evaluation of traditional villages is very important,which is closely related to the development of traditional villages.Since 2012,Zhejiang Province has launched seven groups of historical and cultural(traditional)village protection and utilization projects involving 304 key villages and 1482 general villages.At present,a large number of traditional villages have completed the phased construction,and the demand for the evaluation and optimization of the traditional village living environment construction is increasingly prominent.Through the construction of post use evaluation system,this paper makes an empirical study on six traditional villages in Tonglu County,and verifies the rationality of the system,so as to provide new ideas for the traditional villages in other areas.This paper is divided into three parts:the first part combs the research status of traditional village living environment and post use evaluation at home and abroad,and constructs the research framework of this paper.The second part analyzes the relevant theories of post use evaluation,and obtains the research types of post use evaluation in this paper;And the evaluation system is constructed.Firstly,the elements of traditional village human settlement environment are sorted out,and the first level indicators of the evaluation system are obtained,which are ecological landscape environment,regional space environment,social and cultural environment,and industrial and economic environment;Secondly,according to the relevant policies,expert opinions and field interviews,the first and second level indicators of the evaluation system are clarified,and four first level indicators and 24 second level indicators are obtained;Finally,the weight and assignment method are determined,and the weight values are obtained through expert consultation to complete the construction of the index system.The third part is the empirical study of traditional villages in Tonglu County.Through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and other methods,the comprehensive evaluation results of the planning and construction of human settlements in traditional villages in Tonglu County are obtained,and the evaluation results are analyzed.It is concluded that there are some disadvantages in the industrial economic environment and social and cultural environment of some traditional villages in Tonglu County,such as weak brand characteristic creation,insufficient industrial development and imperfect business layout,Aiming at the problems of industrial economy and social humanities,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.At present,the existing post use evaluation of design mainly focuses on urban public space,built-up space and other aspects,while the traditional village and rural residential environment evaluation mainly focuses on value evaluation,selection evaluation and other aspects.Combined with the methods of statistics,management science and other disciplines,this paper constructs a post use evaluation system for the planning and construction of human settlements in traditional villages with interdisciplinary research of design,statistics,management science and sociology,and makes an empirical study on the traditional villages in Tonglu County.The main points of this paper are as follows:first,the elements of traditional village human settlement environment are ecological landscape environment,regional space environment,social and cultural environment,industrial and economic environment,and the post evaluation system of traditional village human settlement environment planning and construction is constructed according to the four components;Second,through the use of post evaluation system,the paper makes an empirical study on the planning and construction of human settlements in traditional villages in Tonglu County,and concludes that there are some problems in the industrial economy and social humanities of traditional villages in Tonglu County,such as the creation of brand characteristics,the excavation of regional culture,the development of industry,the layout of business forms,etc.
