In order to meet the diverse needs of people,the amphibious vehicles used in wars have gradually become popular in the civilian and entertainment fields,and their high speed has increasingly become the goal pursued by all countries.However,wheel retractable technology plays a vital role in the high-speed development of amphibious vehicles.For wheel retractable technology,the subject requires that the rear suspension structure designed to have rear-wheel drive function,hydraulic retractable function,and control arm In order to meet the requirements of strength and vibration characteristics,in order to solve the above problems,based on the "Development of New Energy Amphibious Vehicle" project,this paper has researched and designed a retractable rear suspension structure,which can reduce the navigation of the amphibious vehicle in the water.To prevent the growth rate and shorten the gap between my country’s amphibious vehicles and foreign countries,it has certain practical significance and application value.First of all,by comparing the research status of rear suspension of amphibious vehicles at home and abroad,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing suspensions,and according to the requirements of rear suspension design,based on the original electric vehicle suspension,a retractable type is designed and modified.Rear suspension structure.By analyzing the kinematic relationship between the various parts in the structure,using Solid Works to establish a simplified model and assemble,and perform static interference and dynamic interference analysis,it proves the rationality of the structure design of the retractable rear suspension of the amphibious vehicle.Based on the hydraulic system theory,according to the design requirements of the hydraulic retracting and driving system,the working pressure of the system was determined,the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system was designed,and the theoretical calculation of hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders,hydraulic motors,and hydraulic pumps was completed.Then,based on the theory of multi-body dynamics,the ground contact force of the tires under 9 working conditions on land is calculated,and the load at the 6 connection positions of the rear suspension control arm is extracted through ADAMS software.Based on the finite element analysis theory and the inertia release method,the static strength analysis of the lifting conditions in the water is carried out in ABAQUS,and the stress and displacement cloud diagrams under 10 conditions are obtained.Through finite element modal analysis and experimental modal verification,the natural frequency of the rear suspension control arm in the free state is obtained.Finally,through the structural optimization method,the topological optimization of the conceptual design model of the rear suspension control arm is carried out,and the model improvement design is carried out according to the optimization results,so that the improved design of the rear suspension control arm meets the requirements of strength and vibration characteristics,and is more lightweight.
