Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Tianjin’s Former French Concession Historical Blocks Based On Vitality Evaluation

After the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the city,but the historical block has fallen into the traditional style destruction,the deterioration of the living environment,the decline of the functional structure and the loss of vitality and other contradictions become increasingly acute.The current protection of the historical block more emphasizes the protection of the historical building entity,fails to meet the higher material and spiritual needs of the active population in the historical block,and the sustainable development of the historical block falls into Dilemma.The value game behind "protection" and "utilization" has to reflect on what should be changed.In what direction? And how to change and so on.The ultimate goal of the protection and utilization of historical blocks is to realize the sustainable development of historical blocks.Combing the history of historical block protection at home and abroad,we can see that the traditional qualitative analysis,case study can solve the problem of holding the direction of historical block protection,effectively guide the protection and renewal of historical block,but it depends on subjective experience and can learn from few appropriate cases,there are difficulties in promoting the protection strategies for specific cases,and quantitative evaluation based on interdisciplinary research Measurement research is the key to protect the precise implementation of practice.The mature application of urban vitality theory and multi-source data in urban design has brought new opportunities to the protection of historical blocks.Based on the vitality evaluation of historical districts,this paper takes the former French Concession historical districts as the empirical evaluation object of the application of the vitality evaluation method,and takes its vitality evaluation results as the theoretical basis,analyzes the influence mechanism of the vitality of historical districts,focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the conservation and utilization indicators and the vitality,and guides the improvement and optimization of the conservation and Utilization Strategies of the former French Concession historical districts Turn.his paper consists of six parts: the first chapter describes the background of the topic;defines the concept and research scope;reviews the academic research trends at home and abroad;summarizes the research content,significance and route.The second chapter combs the history of the protection and utilization of the former French Concession historical block,analyzes its protection and development mechanism,and summarizes the contradiction between the protection and utilization of the former French Concession through questionnaire survey,field research,literature review and other methods.In the third chapter,based on the theory of urban vitality,combined with multi-source data and mathematical model,the vitality evaluation index system of historical blocks is constructed.The fourth chapter takes the original French Concession as the empirical research object,based on the comprehensive application of GIS and SPSS,combined with the third chapter vitality evaluation index system and evaluation process,obtains the vitality evaluation results of the original French Concession historical block as a whole and four different functional historical blocks respectively,and analyzes the vitality impact mechanism.Based on the results of vitality evaluation,the fifth chapter puts forward the improvement and optimization strategies to solve the contradiction between the protection status and utilization of the original French Concession historical blocks from four aspects: the overall vitality spatial distribution of historical blocks,the vitality differences of different functional blocks,universal indicators and implementation guarantee.The sixth chapter summarizes the research results of this paper and puts forward the research prospect.This paper provides some conceptual supplement and method theoretical support for the follow-up research on the vitality of other regions and types of historical blocks.The method and technology of the research on the conservation and utilization of historical blocks based on the perspective of the vitality evaluation of historical blocks is to supplement and improve the existing regulations on the conservation planning and construction of historical blocks,further standardize and guide the practical activities of the conservation and utilization of historical blocks Technical basis.
