| In the fields of chemical industry,medicine,energy,automobile and other manufacturing industries,a large number of mechanical parts need regular maintenance and cleaning in the process of manufacturing and service,and cleaning is an important step in the remanufacturing of mechanical parts.Supercritical CO2 fluid has the characteristics of low viscosity,low surface tension,high diffusion and high density,which makes supercritical CO2 cleaning become a new efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning method.However,most of the existing supercritical CO2 cleaning equipment stay in the experimental stage and the degree of automation is low.The operation of opening and closing the cleaning kettle needs to be completed manually,and the existing supercritical CO2 cleaning equipment is still in the experimental stage Most of the equipments have single function and can not be combined with other cleaning methods.The above problems are not conducive to the industrialization process of supercritical CO2 cleaning.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs an ultrasonic assisted supercritical CO2 parts cleaning industrial device.In this paper,a set of ultrasonic assisted supercritical CO2 parts cleaning industrial device is developed.On the basis of the original cleaning experimental cleaning process of our research group,the ultrasonic assisted supercritical CO2 parts cleaning industrial process is designed,which can realize the recycling of CO2.According to gb150-2011,the magnetic stirring cleaning kettle,ordinary cleaning kettle and separation kettle are designed,among which the magnetic stirring cleaning kettle,ordinary cleaning kettle and separation kettle are designed The agitator cleaning kettle is equipped with ultrasonic transducer and magnetic driving device.The volume of the magnetic agitator cleaning kettle is 30L,the design pressure is 35MPa,the design temperature is 0~100℃,the ultrasonic frequency is 15~60kHz,the rotation speed of the magnetic driving device is 0~600r/min,the volume of the ordinary cleaning kettle is 30L,the design pressure is 35MPa,the design temperature is 0~100℃,the volume of the separation kettle is 20L,the design pressure is 15MPa,and the design pressure is 35MPa The temperature is 0~100℃;in this paper,the automatic opening and closing system of the top cover is designed based on the clamp connection structure,which can realize the automatic opening and closing of the magnetic stirring cleaning kettle and the ordinary cleaning kettle;in this paper,the internal flow field of the magnetic stirring cleaning kettle is simulated and the structure is optimized based on fluent,and the influence of the length and diameter of the supercritical CO2inlet on the internal flow field is studied The cleaning temperature is 80℃,the cleaning pressure is 20MPa,the cleaning time is 10min,the rotating speed of the magnetic drive device is 60r/min,and the frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator is 45kHz.The cleanliness of the circular metal sheet reaches the industrial cleaning standard.The ultrasonic assisted supercritical CO2 parts cleaning industrial device developed in this paper not only has high cleaning efficiency and does not produce cleaning waste liquid,but also can realize the automatic opening and closing of cleaning kettle,magnetic drive device control,ultrasonic control,pressure and temperature adjustment and other functions.It has a high degree of industrialization and is of great significance for the industrial cleaning of supercritical CO2 parts. |
