Voltage is one of the key factors affecting the stable operation of power grid.It is particularly important to research automatic voltage control strategy.At present,automatic voltage control(AVC)system has been widely used in the grid-province-regional three-level voltage control system.Reactive power control is the main measure to ensure voltage safety and stable operation.But the current automatic voltage control system still can not achieve the economic optimal control of all levels.Starting from the secondary voltage control,this paper puts forward three optimization schemes for the control strategy of power plant side.These schemes are easy to use and feasible.Firstly,this paper introduces the models and algorithms of two-stage reactive power and voltage control and three-stage reactive power and voltage control.Then the compensation capacity needed in the power grid is determined from two aspects.In order to make sure that the compensation capacity is the most economical and the control effect is the best,the algorithm is optimized from three aspects.Then the typical photovoltaic power plant is listed as the research object,and the general situation,communication structure design,human-computer interface design and control strategy design of the power plant are introduced in turn.Through the actual operation,it is found that there are still some deficiencies in the secondary reactive voltage control.In view of these defect,this paper puts forward three optimization design points for AVC.The first point is to optimize the reactive power structure of the inverter,the second point is to propose a new reactive power replacement method,and the third point is to optimize the influence of the reactive power loss of the transformer on the AVC regulation accuracy.Each point introduces the design idea,and has been tested in practice,and the ideal control effect has been obtained,which promotes the power plant to run in a more economic and stable direction.
