Research On Construction And Application Of Central And Small City Center Development Model

China is in a critical period of promoting new urbanization,achieving a well-off society in an all-round way,and striving to create a modernization drive.This has brought important opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized cities in our country.With the advent of the new consumption era,the continuous optimization of consumer market formats and urban and rural consumption structures will further promote the development and transformation of small and medium-sized urban centers.Currently,there is a lack of relatively complete scientific evaluation and mature research methods for the development planning of small and medium-sized city centers.For this reason,conforming to the development laws and new requirements of urban centers,using emerging data methods to quantitatively evaluate and research to build urban centers’ development models has important theoretical and practical significance for scientifically guiding the sustainable development of small and medium-sized urban centers.This article is divided into three parts:The first part(chapters 1 to 2)is to recognize the development characteristics and general laws of urban centers.Through literature review,the relevant theoretical and practical researches on urban centers at home and abroad are analyzed,and the driving types,development motivations and spatial forms of the development of small and medium-sized urban centers are comprehensively recognized.It shows that the development of urban centers is centered on the three aspects of economy,society and space.Based on the elements,urban economy and technology,urban society and culture,and urban space and environment provide impetus for the development of urban centers.The second part(Chapter 3)is to construct a small and medium-sized city development model.The construction of the model is divided into three parts: The first part-Evaluation of the comprehensive index of the development of small and medium-sized city centers: Starting from the elements and driving forces of the development of small and medium-sized city centers,according to development characteristics and general laws,extract the economic development and social development of the city center development system Development and spatial development three types of evaluation factors,determine the next level of 11 indicators of the development factor,use the entropy weight method to determine the index weight and assign weights to each index to obtain the quantitative data of the development comprehensive index;part two-three types of factor coupling Coordination evaluation,calculating economic development,social development,and spatial development indexes respectively,and characterizing the interaction influence degree and development coordination degree between the three types of factors through the coupling degree and coordination degree among the three types of indexes,and selecting 59 small and medium-sized cities The feasibility test of the model is carried out on the sample data;the third part-the evaluation of the coupling characteristics of the three types of factors of the model: through the coupling of the transportation-population-geometric center of gravity and the location of the urban center of gravity,the coupling of population composition,business structure and urban carrier characteristics,and the city The coupling of crowd activity enthusiasm,business state density and center of gravity space range evaluates the coupling characteristics of the urban center development system.The third part(Chapters 4 to 5),practice-applied research.Apply the small and medium-sized city center development model to the practice of Dangtu County Center,evaluate the basic development status and characteristics of Dangtu County Center,and make reasonable predictions on the development insufficiency and trend of the city center,and then make a reasonable prediction of Dangtu County Center.The business format,center service and center space of the center propose corresponding development and optimization strategies.
