Research On Comprehensive Benefits Of BIM Application In Prefabricated Buildings

Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings are characterized by green,environmental protection and high efficiency,which is conducive to solving various practical problems such as shortage of labor resources and environmental pollution,and in line with people’s pursuit of sustainable concept and industrialization.Therefore,prefabricated buildings have been rapidly promoted and developed in recent years.However,as the core technology of construction industry transformation and upgrading,the application of BIM in prefabricated buildings has stagnated,mainly because the application mode and application benefit of BIM in prefabricated buildings are still unclear.In order to promote the integration of BIM and prefabricated buildings and comprehensively improve the management level of prefabricated buildings,the benefits of BIM in prefabricated buildings must be clarified.Firstly,the paper summarizes the application mode of BIM in each stage of prefabricated building,including: the level of BIM application in prefabricated building is divided;The application mode of BIM in prefabricated buildings and the impact of different delivery modes on benefits have clarified the feasibility and universality of the application of BIM in prefabricated buildings.Secondly,through literature research,31 benefit indicators covering finance,risk,product,organization,management and strategy are summarized to evaluate the benefit of BIM application in prefabricated buildings.On this basis to build the corresponding evaluation model,which for the financial benefit analysis using the real option method,for risk expert grading statutory analysis the cost of classes,including product,organization,management,and strategic benefits of the other comprehensive benefits are using network analysis method and grey clustering analysis method to calculate the evaluation.Finally,taking an assembly-type school as a case,the benefit model proposed in this paper is verified to establish the practicability and effectiveness of the BIM comprehensive benefit evaluation model constructed in this paper in prefabricated buildings.This paper explores the comprehensive benefits of BIM in prefabricated buildings,constructs the benefit evaluation framework of BIM application,determines the evaluation methods of various benefits,and provides guidance for owners to make decisions on BIM projects.
