Study On Extension And Application Of Prefabricated Buildings In Rural Emigration Relocation

Rural housing construction is a key part of building beautiful countryside to promote the rural revitalization strategy.With the implementation of resettlement and relocation projects such as ex-situ poverty alleviation,major projects,and merging villages and towns,there is a large demand for new housing in rural areas.At present,the construction industry is accelerating its development and transformation.The application of construction technologies,materials,and products enjoyed by urban residents to rural housing,and the construction of new rural areas in combination with the current prefabricated building construction mode is an important way to improve the living standards of rural residents.At this stage,the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings in rural resettlement relocation projects have encountered many obstacles,and its comprehensive benefits have not been highlighted.Rural residents also have insufficient cognition,which makes it difficult for the industry to develop.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of this issue.Firstly,the current situation,existing problems,and causes of the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings in the relocation of rural immigrants was analyzed in this thesis.The analysis of the existing rural resettlement relocation projects found that the construction effect of prefabricated buildings is good,but the attitudes of various parties to promote prefabricated buildings in rural resettlement relocation projects are different.Further analysis shows that the cost of construction and installation of rural housing,transportation conditions,and technical standard systems are the main constraints for the application and promotion of prefabricated buildings,while the economic benefits are not obvious.Then,based on the comprehensive benefit evaluation,the selection of the type of prefabricated buildings popularized and applied in the relocation of rural migrants is analyzed,and the problems of why and what type of prefabricated buildings should be used are solved.Firstly,a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system is constructed,and then a comprehensive benefit evaluation method for rural housing is proposed based on the set-pair analysis theory.This method is used to carry out a comparative analysis of comprehensive benefits for the case of rural brick-concrete structures,PC structures,and light steel structures.Finally,based on the comprehensive benefit evaluation results,given the problems existing in the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings,policy recommendations are put forward from the three dimensions of policy guidance,economic support,and technical support.Study conclusion: Rural housing construction and installation costs,transportation conditions,and technical standard systems are the main constraints for the application and promotion of prefabricated buildings,while the economic benefits are not obvious.Prefabricated buildings have great advantages in terms of environmental and social benefits,with a large investment in resources during the construction phase,but with better life-cycle economic benefits,and better promotion and application benefits in rural resettlement relocation projects.Suggestions are put forward for the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings in the relocation of rural migrants from the three aspects of policy guidance,economic support,and technical support,which have certain reference significance for the follow-up development.
