| Artificial intelligence,information physical system,big data,cloud computing and other technologies are becoming increasingly mature and widely applied.The combination of these technologies with energy industry promotes the rise of new technologies,new models and new formats of energy industry.Energy system and development model have undergone tremendous changes.Smart energy has become the general trend of energy industry development in the future.Urban smart energy system is an important support of smart city.It is of great practical significance for the planning and construction of urban smart energy system to evaluate the development process of urban smart energy system comprehensively and scientifically and to discover the weak links in the development of urban smart energy system timely.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the evaluation system of urban smart energy system.The main research work is as follows:1.The index system of comprehensive performance of urban smart energy system is constructed.Firstly,the key indexes are selected from the perspective of five attributes of comprehensive performance of urban smart energy system.The five attributes are efficiency,economy,reliability,sociality and interactivity.Secondly,the index optimization composite model combining subjective and objective is constructed to screen the primary index.The subjective optimization of the index adopts the mean and variation coefficient model and the structure entropy and factor analysis model to analyze the two rounds of questionnaire data respectively;the objective optimization of the index adopts the grey correlation analysis model to analyze the index data.Finally,combining the subjective and objective optimization results,an index system of comprehensive performance of urban smart energy system is constructed,which is composed of five attributes and 26 indexes.2.The evaluation model and deviation analysis model are constructed.Establish the hierarchical weighting method combining AHP and entropy weight method.The attribute layer adopts the subjective weight calculated by AHP,and the index layer adopts the objective weight calculated by entropy weight method.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional AHP,the judgment matrix of AHP is transformed by D-S theory to integrate the opinions of many experts,so as to improve the reliability of the judgment matrix.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional entropy weight method,the weight formula is improved to avoid the unreasonable change of weight in extreme cases.Combined with the weight,TOPSIS method is used for comprehensive evaluation,and a deviation analysis model is built to analyze the main factors of the deviation of each evaluation object.3.Further considering the coordination of index development and attribute development of urban smart energy system,the evaluation model of coordinated development is constructed.By analyzing the index development coordination degree of each attribute of urban smart energy system,the index coordination coefficient can be calculated to modify the attribute scores of each urban smart energy system.By analyzing the balance degree of attribute development of each evaluation object,the attribute coordination coefficient can be calculated to modify the comprehensive scores of each evaluation object.4.Based on the research results of the evaluation system of the comprehensive performance of urban smart energy system,a web evaluation system is designed and developed based on the SSM framework,which is used to manage the index information of urban smart energy system and the data of each evaluation object,and to evaluate and analyze each urban smart energy system. |
