Distribution Network plays an extremely important role in the economic development of a region.At present,the City Power Grid is facing the situation that the speed of load growth is much faster than the speed of substation construction,and the main distribution grid is not equal to the current power demand.The main reason for this situation is that a city,as a strategic emerging industrial base in top 100 counties and Hefei,has seen rapid development in various industries,and the demand for electricity has been rising year after year.Second,in recent years,the construction speed of a City substation is slow,the investment precision of power grid is poor,and so on.According to the growth rate of output value of various industries in recent years,a City Power Grid will still face these problems these years.In this paper,the development of the City Power Grid is summarized,and the Current status of distribution network is analyzed from the aspects of power supply capacity,power network equipment,power network structure and the existing key problems.This paper analyzes the future power demand and development situation,and forecasts the power load by various methods.Through regression analysis,Elasticity Coefficient method and time series method,the forecasting results of a city power load from 2021 to 2025 are obtained.Based on the electricity demand forecast data,the objectives of a City distribution network and the technical principles of power network planning,a City Power,110 k V Grid,35 k V Grid and governance of key issues were planned in detail.Finally,the paper analyzes the investment scale according to the planning scheme,and analyzes the effectiveness of power network planning from the reliability rate of power supply,comprehensive line loss rate,voltage qualified rate,capacity-load ratio and N-1 rate of main transformer and line.This paper has reference and guidance significance for the power grid planning in the city from 2021 to 2025.
