With the rapid development of social economy,the domestic demand for electricity is increasing at this stage.With the progress of new energy power generation,the construction of thermal power projects is decreasing,and the competition of power engineering units in the thermal power market is increasing.EPC mode has become the mainstream mode of project contracting in the thermal power market.The thermal power plant project itself has long construction cycle,large investment and many uncontrollable factors.The selection of EPC mode for engineering construction obviously increases a lot of risks to the contractor.Based on the construction project of YH thermal power plant in Southwest Guizhou under EPC mode,this paper studies the risk management in the construction of thermal power plant from the standpoint of project contractor.In the process of writing this paper,the characteristics and contents of EPC mode project management and the problems and contents to be studied in EPC mode risk management are discussed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of YH thermal power plant construction project is constructed through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the relevant knowledge of fuzzy mathematics is used to deal with the problem that the relevant variables are not easy to quantify,The analytic hierarchy process is introduced into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to make the weight index more scientific and close.After the project risk identification and analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the project risk,find the influence degree of various risks and hazards,and formulate the solutions of relevant hazards.For the research on risk management of YH thermal power plant project under EPC mode,this paper aims to create a complete,scientific and effective project risk assessment method,provide reasonable and safe data support for the engineering construction unit in risk assessment,and help the engineering construction unit reasonably avoid risks and ensure reliable decision-making in EPC thermal power project construction.
